3 day/2 night tour - 3 day/2 night is a great option if you have the time, less time spent travelling and more down time to enjoy Cotapaxi and Banos. Great communication from Grace on WhatsApp and Irene really was a 5 star tour guide, thanks guys!

Perfect Andian Experience - It's a three-day experience visiting Cotopaxi, Quilotoa and Banhos among other places that is perfect if you don't have enough time to do it by yourself. The activity is perfectly coordinated and guided thanks to our excellent official guides Diana, Jennifer, Adrián and their drivers, and also to Grace who will be resolving any question through the app.

Adventure-packed great tour to see so many incredible spots in Ecuador! Very glad I did this. - AMAZING value! I highly recommend this. A few things to note- this is sort of a hop-on, hop-off tour, so I did end up with a new great each of the 3 days of the tour (most people elected to do each as a day trip from Quito). I really liked this because I got to meet so many new people! I also thought it made sense to do it all in one go instead of going back and forth to Quito. It was no problem to leave my suitcase on the bus as we did the tours. I do highly recommend bringing some granola bars and lots of water because the lunches were a bit later in the day. The hikes were amazing!! I did not know what to expect but for Cotopaxi you hike up to the base camp in a short but steep hike at a high altitude. The Coco Leaf Tea really helped with the altitude! The Quilotoa hike had three options- down to the water, around a bit of the flat hike on top or just hanging out in town and enjoying the views. I joined a few ladies on my trip for the hike down to the water which was incredible but INTENSE! A very steep climb up but totally worth it. The last day was the easiest in terms of hiking and probably the most beautiful- Banos is amazing. I highly recommend using your free time either in the evening you arrive or early in the AM before you leave to check out the thermal springs and the town. Honestly, I felt like I had a week or more of adventures packed into my 3 days and I loved it! Such a great way to see a lot in Ecuador. The tour guides were all amazing too (I had Misael, Jessica and Adrian and they were all SO friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining and helpful) and the transport was comfy (very steep and windy mountain drives so caution if you get car sick) but I was able to nap in the vans/ buses. Bring lots of layers and waterproof clothes and enjoy!

First day of 3 day Cotopaxi, Banos and Quilotoa trip - Our guide Irene was fantastic and had a great sense of humour. She gave us all the information we needed for each location and really cared for those in the group who had difficulty with the Cotopaxi hike. It should be noted that Irene was only our guide for the first day of our 3 day tour.

Great 3-day adventure - First day - Cotopaxi. Our guide Irene was amazing!! She told us so much about the area and was full of jokes and enthusiasm. She spoke excellent English and was interested in all the passengers. She did a great job looking after our diverse-skilled group as we all hiked up the hard way in a windy snowstorm. Second day - Quilotoa. We got picked up at our hotel near Cotopaxi by another tour that had started from Quito. New people, new guide. The tour was as advertised, the weather was good for viewing the crater, and riding the top of the double decker bus was fun. Epic views!! Third day - Baños. Fernando did a great job taking photos of our group and individuals at all the stops. The extra adventure options are reasonably priced and fun. All in all a great tour, we saw lots of things and the transportation was easy.

Do not recommend unless you love riding in a bus all day for 3 days. - Let's start with positives: * Tour guides were all great. Friendly, informative, etc. * Sights we ended up seeing were mostly interesting and correct based on the itinerary Negatives: * You will spend A LOT of time on a van/bus. We were the only ones who had booked the 3 day tour. All others were on a daily tour so there was a lot of inefficiency in getting us around to accommodate the other tours on the bus. The second day we were out 10 hours, and 7 of those hours were on a bus. * Itinerary was complete wrong for the 2nd day to Lake Quilotoa. The itinerary showed 8 hours in Banos. We didn't arrive in Banos until around 730 PM thus not able to partake in any of the hot springs, etc in Banos. * Hotel options given were all hostals. If you want to stay somewhere else, you have to pay for your own transportation to get there. We did opt for this in Banos and since we were the only ones actually doing the 3 day tour, the tour company was nice enough to drop and pick us up at a nicer hotel. * After day 2, we were not given any details about the following day like what time would we picked up, etc. I had to reach out several times to get clarification and a revised itinerary. We did ask for a partial refund, especially for the 2nd day that was nowhere close to the itinerary sent and we were declined stating that they went to all of the sights. This company needs to be a lot better about sending a realistic agenda and sticking to it. In the end all we got was one free lunch the last day. I'd say rent a car and do it on your own.
