Star Foot Spa is the best - Maggie is an excellent masseuse! Her techniques and skills really helped my problem areas. She is very courteous and kind and focused on her client. I highly recommend her.

Was exceptional service and atmosphere. - I stand all day in my job, and carry all my stress in my shoulders snd neck. So I usually get reflexology and massage every week. My usual therapist is sick and quit working. I have been looking for a place that made me feel Comfortable and a therapist who gets it! FOUND HER! I joined the membership, for $20 snd will continue to go. I wish they played some soft music during the services! Too much background noise for me!

So close to perfection... - Overall this spa and its' staff offer an experience and plan for treatment one level above the competition* The therapists and support staff are smart, caring and strive for EXCELLENCE. However, there was one negative to my visit to Star...The friendly and smart receptionist offered a chance for them to honor a special promotional price that was advertised on the Internet (Facebook). She realized that there are literally DOZENS of other spas in the area* (that potential customers could choose). She did honor the quote by following through with her promise...only to be "overridden" by her manager! Not only did this "supervisor" dishonor the quote and the original transaction, but she rudely interrupted the session TWICE to get the difference in payment!!! Unfortunately for her, she did not know that I am a regular contributor to TRIPADVISOR. This series of actions took away from would have a TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE for anyone/everyone. My therapist, Mary was very gracious and apologized for the interruptions...plus was OUTSTANDING in her professionalism and experience in the art of massage.

Very pleasant - First time with owen as my therapist! Nice guy, great pressure!! Really did a great job on back hips and legs!! He would disappear for 10 minutes to get stones and water for feet but came back each time. Would recommend Owen

I was greeted, she kept... - I was greeted, she kept trying to upgrade my package. I said No over and over. She kept lowering the price. She then showed me receipt of 136.had me and friend sign it. I asked for copy She said take pic. When she realized what I was doing she knew she did wrong re did receipt with zero balance. I had 90 min it was only 1hr. By time we started they left took time to get materials come back. When finally done. They called my attention to tip. I didn't like that. I tipped very small they let me know that which was unprofessional all around. Start to finish was unprofessional. DONT GO.
