Must go to - I've done this tour like 4? Times, once being with Mike himself. Amazing collection and the staff there are some of the coolest people you'll meet. Also, go to the bar as prices are fantastic, the vinyl shop is great, and hell, get married and or tattooed here.

Big, detailed, and loud! - I went to the punk rock museum solo, and had just a great time! I had somehow had an impression that it was small from the photos, but it was two good-sized floors of punk rock history and memorabilia. It was one of my favorite things in Vegas - it was not crowded at all, was not overly expensive (especially for Vegas), and had a great staff. I loved the museum, and it was a ton of fun.
I'd recommend having a couple hours available.

Not just for Punk Rock fans! This museum ROCKS! - This is a great outing even if you are not a punk rock fan (although that definitely is a bonus). The museum is laid out to allow you to follow the history of punk rock from the very early days in the '70's through it's various evolutionary branches. Don't miss the upstairs exhibits (they are through the very lovely bar) where there are a vast number of musical instruments on display as well as a record store with rarities and Punk Rock Museum exclusive pressings that change on a regular basis. If you are a local, the local pricing is fantastic. We also bought a souvenir cup for use in the museum. It's a pretty good deal, the cup comes with a free drink at the bar that you can upgrade to a 'double' for $4. This is a really fun non-gambling thing to do in Vegas. Check it out!

History for all - @thepunkrockmuseum is the best museum. We had a guided tour with Chris Kontos of Attitude Adjustment/Machine Head/Forbidden/Testament... and more.
Fascinating and jam-packed with priceless history, layers of art, and the story of music's most misunderstood movement. From self-made expression to commercial acceptance, wherever your punk rock lands there is an artifact worth the visit.

Check it out 🤘 - Seeing history is always incredible. To see it up close and personal, to touch it, and to even be able to talk to the people who helped shape it? Indescribable. Many thanks to the punk rock museum (and Ruckus) for an extremely cool experience!

Punk Rock Museum is incredible - If you like punk rock this is your place to go. Even if you don’t like punk rock you should go. I had the fortune or misfortune depending who you ask to have Smelly from NOFX be my tour guide. Amazing tour, big fan of NOFX and of Smelly’s drum style. Only downside of the tour was how quick it went. This is still a positive because I’d of loved to have spent longer listening to smelly’s stories and soaking in all the punk goodness. As you’d expect the tour takes you from the start of punk (Ramones, Stooges, Damned & The Pistols) all the way through DC area, Bay Area, California and Irish Punk. Fun and informative. At the end of the tour there’s loads of cool things to purchase as well. I’m from the UK and couldn’t not visit the museum. I would easily go back.

Cool experience for punks young and old - Small museum, jam packed full of really cool memorabilia from decades of the punk rock scene from all over the world. Definitely brought back memories for me, and probably explained a lot about me to my kids! So cool to actually pick up and play instruments used by punk rock legends, even if I can't play for crap. Would highly recommend getting a celebrity guided tour - so many cool stories, adds a human quality to the exhibits, and they point out things that you might have missed otherwise. Only downside was that our tour guide ghosted us at the end before we had a chance to take photos with him (all the other guides that day were taking photos with everyone) which was a bit disappointing when you are spending a few hundred bucks for the tour. But all in all it was still a great experience, and we will be back for another guided tour some time to get a different collection of stories!
