Easy and enjoyable! - This trip was so easy for us to take our 3 kids to Bryce Canyon and Zion National park! The pick up in Las Vegas was easy, the bus was comfortable, the lunch was simple (but good), and the tour guide and driver were awesome! The tour guide, John, did a great job of entertaining us with stories and highlights on our trip to and from. He was very funny without the tour becoming a joke show. There were history lessons and explanations of things we saw. He gave great recommendations for future trips. Wayne drove through tight National Park roads like a pro! As my kids say… W Wayne!

Spectacular trip with a spectacular guide! - Everything about this trip was wonderful. The itinerary to Bryce Canyon and Zion National parks was spectacular. Add to that a tour guide by the name of Anthony Nish who went above and beyond to make this trip interesting and educational with his knowledge of these areas. Rating only went as high as 5 stars but it was much more than that.

Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Lunch with Gia is a must! - I actually was on the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam tour with Lunch and it was awesome! If you get Gia as your tour guide and Milton as your driver you are in for a real treat! Gia knows her stuff and she is funny and entertaining!

Highly recommend this tour to experience the best of these beautiful parks. - Highly recommend this tour. Aloe was an excellent guide and Wayne an excellent driver! Aloe was very personable and informative. They knew the best places to go. Aloe helped capture photos for all of us to create lasting memories of these beautiful parks!

Awful customer service and lying tour guides - We booked this tour specifically to go to Bryce Canyon in the morning before being dropped in Zion as we were staying there. We got on in the morning and nothing was indicated to be any different then about 1hr 30 into the trip our tour guide Marcelo informed us that it would now be reversed and they would be going to zion first so we could not go to Bryce. When we asked why we were rudely shut down by the tour guide who insisted we should be happy as he was giving us more time in Zion, when we challenged this he tossed us a flyer and said phone the company as it’s not his problem. The office said they didn't know what had happened and they would reach out to the driver. Marcelo repeatedly said it was not up to him and roundly dismissed us as he only cared about people on the tour going back to vegas. On top of this when The driver tried to stop in Springdale at the drop off in town(indicated on the booking). he lied and told him we had said we wanted the park so we were dropped a 45 min walk away with all our cases in the hottest part of the day with a child. We asked Marcelo about the change in itinerary and drop off location and lied directly to us denying he had any say in this When we finally got hold of a snr office worker he admitted the tour guides had made the call completely on their own and they don’t know why. All of this was hugely disappointing as we had organised our trip around this and to be dismissed and lied to in this fashion was not good Be super wary about booking a one way trip
