On busy days, a 4-hour rental may take up to 4.5 hours in total. There is no need to arrive early—guests should show up at their scheduled tour time, but should expect to stay for up to an extra 30 minutes on busy days. This 4.5 hours includes up to a 30-minute check-in period followed by up to 4 hours of training and riding.

No damage deposits are required. The Operator holds the guest’s ID and credit or debit card during the rental for security purposes. If any damage occurs, it will be assessed and settled at the end of the rental.
