• Due to Bureau of Reclamation restrictions, please be aware that no luggage is allowed on this excursion. Smaller personal bags and backpacks can be brought on the bus, but suitcases and larger luggage cannot. If leaving luggage at your hotel, allow ample time to store it and reach the bus pickup location before departure.
• ADA transportation must be requested at least three business days prior to the guest’s travel date
• Age Requirement: Visitors must be over the age of 16 to go on Generator tour by themselves.
• Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued.
• Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund.
