Guests are welcome to take unlimited photos, or you can bring your own professional wedding photographer at no additional cost! Feel free to record or livestream your ceremony using your own cellphones.

A non-legal wedding ceremony, engagement ceremony, vow renewal, or love-commitment ceremony does not require a marriage license.

A legal wedding ceremony requires a Clark County marriage license, which can be obtained at the Clark County Regional Justice Center from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Midnight, 7 days a week.

To acquire it, both partners must be present with valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport).
