A non-legal wedding ceremony, engagement ceremony, vow renewal, or love-commitment ceremony does not require a marriage license.

A legal wedding ceremony requires a Clark County marriage license, which can be obtained at the Clark County Regional Justice Center from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Midnight, seven days a week.

To acquire it, both partners must be present with valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport).
