Give yourself plenty of time to do experiences. - I was solo and coming from Barbie Pop Up so I just did the free ticket to roam level 1. It looked really cool inside and there are multiple things you can do there. I do think the price point is a little steep for the experiences but would be fun with a group of people. I went on a tuesday around noon and it was not busy at all.

Great time, well worth price. - Had a great time using this pass for the John Wick Experience and other Area 15 activities. All told I spent 6 hours at Area 15 completing all the activities other than the two Quest ones.

expensive and overstimulating - overpriced and overstimulating. We purchased a 3B pass plus we are Meow Wolf Portal Pass holders. Recommend NOT getting a big combo ticket on your first visit. Visit one or two main things individually. You can get individual tickets for most attractions. The horror thing was mostly waiting in line, they put way too many people in at once. Took 50 minutes to get in to one horror attraction. You can't just go to any horror room you want because they close each one for a bit to funnel guests where they want them to go. We waited for attractions to open in the horror thing and after they didnt open on time we gave up and walked out disappointed after only seeing one. Also it's major surveillance in there. You can't pull a wedgie without it showing up on a video attached to your party. The Meme attraction: the best parts at the end were broken, no discounts! The wink thing: skip it. couldn't wait for it to end. Rocket Fizz (candy store) was great as usual. Meow Wolf was great as usual, but we regret purchasing passes that let us in to everything. Arcade could have been great but every token machine was broken. 14 year old son got a headache and I followed soon after. 2 day pass and we went both days but ended up missing most things due to long lines and getting irritated by constant low lighting, loud music, and neon everywhere. This place needs some chill rooms with sunlight, no music, and no fog machines.

We regret going - This was an over priced tourist trap with terribly confusing lack of signage for different "events" that i purchased. The 3 staff that we interacted with were apathetic at best and almost seemed like they were their against their will. nothing was explained to us and they could not provide any map of the large property. Don't bother getting a level 1 experience. Anything remotely interested is at least level 2 but on second thought don't even bother. A good solid "meh" at best and that is getting generous.

Spend your time and money somewhere, anywhere else - This was by far the low point of our trip. Went to this place with lot of expectations, my kid was super excited about it. But it turned out to be a flop. They make sound like multiple attractions but it basically the same. “The Lab” for instance, has a bunch of VR games. Same headset, one standing, one sitting and one lying on your stomach (which by the way is not part of level 1 price) and most of the time the headsets didn’t work. Then there is this game Depot, which basically couple of games that you play in carnival that your local fire station organizes. I wish there was a way to get refund on the tickets.

Do your research and do not go here!! Check tie reviews. - Let the buyer be aware. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason. My family spent 4+ hours here and only had time to do 3-4 attractions and they weren’t that great. Long lines and arcade had no tokens. 90 minutes wait for some attractions. Very loud and dark. My recommendation is do not go here especially with kids. I can’t tell you the last time I felt this disappointed and I spent over $400 for tickets online. Also spent $60 for lunch. If you have to go here just walk in for free and you’ll see that I am right. What a joke. I am angry at myself for being so swindled. Read all the other comments and reviews before you decide to go here. Save yourself the disappointment and head to Play Playground at the Luxor for a much better time. Now look below this review and see how concerned they are about their customers experience but offer no apologies or refund. Bad Management.

Expensive and very bad. - Our experience was disappointing. We paid expensive and could not get into almost any attraction. A tiny room of mirrors, with extremely loud music, some machine-friendly toys. Nothing interesting. The place has no signaling orientation, you get lost there. Very bad and very expensive.
