- Adult Night Tour: Show your ticket or confirmation email to Big Bus Tours staff at the Hard Rock Cafe downstairs bar by 7:40 PM. Tour ends at 10:15 PM.

Highly recommended Bus Tour! - We've taken Big Bus tours in many cities around the world, and they've always been great. However, the Las Vegas 7pm tour last week was exceptional. Our Las Vegas-based bus driver gave us an unforgettable and impressive experience. We've never seen a tour so fantastic, varied, and informative. We congratulate you on having such a wonderful driver. It was the highlight of our six days family trip to Las Vegas! Thank you so much.

Majestic - Our driver Paul bus 1461 was great! He gave us a lot of great advice and information. It snowed but we still enjoyed the experience. Food in the Eagle point restaurant upstairs was fabulous especially the beef stew. Highly recommend this tour!

Good way to see the strip and old town, but gets very hot on top deck. - Had complimentary tickets for this tour, the first driver was fantastic, think her name was Levine, so many helpful tips about where to go and where was good to eat as we drove along. Did the complete loop first thing on top deck but had to sit inside next time as too hot, we seemed to get stopped a lot at the traffic lights. Great trip if the driver is talkative but the next couple of driver didn’t say anything so not as good in our opinion.

Tour and driver were superb - Great Bus tour, 4 stars for the actual tour part and driver!! However the guild at the start of the tour did absolutely nothing though, didn’t meet us, speak to us, give us any kind of detail etc. when we asked about when we need to get on the bus and from where he pointed at the door and said ‘down the road’ which on a busy vegas strip is about as useful as a chocolate light bulb!! The bartender at the Hard Rock Cafe was more helpful and accommodating.

Fun overall - Staff was friendly. Downside, We were back by 8:48pm. We left at 7:08pm. I planned to be out a little later. Please don't advertise 2-3 hours and it's ends up being 1 hour and 40 minutes. Other than that it was fun.

Big Bus Tour - Just bring gloves and a heavy coat it gets real cold up top. Make sure your phone is fully charged to capture those beautiful views.

Good tour. - The tour was good, but the pre-recorded history of LV needs to be updated. I think it's a bit outdated, and the pre-recorded didn't match with the location.

Disappointing tour - We would not recommend this bus tour, it might be that we were just unlucky but we wanted to ask for a refund as we were that disappointed.
Firstly the pick up location is incorrect, luckily we arrived early so managed to find the correct location in time.
We were given headphones, unfortunately the recording I was listening to was not working correctly and the music was playing so loudly over the recording I couldn't make most of it out, the bits I could hear were not in time with the locations that we were passing. Half way round I spoke to my partner, who was not having the same issue so we shared his headphones for the rest of the tour.
The stop at the Vegas sign was very rushed, our bus was only about half full, yet we didn't all get time to have our photos taken by it. I had assumed that was because we were running late, but no the tour ended half our earlier than advertised.
Very disappointing experience - we would not recommend it, not worth the money.

Terrible Company and Customer Service - Terrible experience. We had to cancel because our friends were coming in later. They still charged my credit card after I canceled 1 1/2 weeks before. They told me not to worry they wouldn’t charge my credit card. But they did! Try to get your money back! Wont happen. Had to call my credit card company and of course had to cancel the card and get a new one. Suggest you don’t deal with Big Bus!!!
