- Pico de las Nieves - Pico de las Nieves - from the highest peak of the island you will have amazing views over the mountanous countryside. Your photos will be dominated especially by two mysterious rocks in the heart of the island - Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga and if you are lucky, maybe Tenerife island will be visible far on the horizon.
The weather on Gran Canaria is mostly great, but in the unlikely case of bad weather for this stop the day of your tour there might be no views from Pico de las Nieves. If that happens we would try to stop for you in other viewpoints on our drive down to the south of the island, where the weather is usually sunnier.
- San Bartolome de Tirajana - San Bartolomé de Tirajana - in this lovely mountain village you will visit and interesting museum created in an old house of a well positioned family. Here you will find out more about the life in the villages in the old times.The museum opens for free.
- Fataga - Fataga - a charming village surrounded by hundreds of palms seems like a small oasis in a canyon-like countryside. Here you will have approximately 1 hour free time that you can enjoy for having a lunch in a traditional taverna. The meals are delicious and start on 7.50 euros/person/main dish.
- Reserva Natural Especial de Las Dunas de Maspalomas - Sand Dunes of Maspalomas - get yourself lost in the waste sand dunes. You will have 45 minutes to spend here, so don´t forget your swimwear in case you wish to have a quick jump to the ocean. You will be dropped off and picked-up by the pretty pond of Charco de Maspalomas situated on the edge of the dunes.

Great trip! - It was a very nice and interesting trip. I can highly recommend it. Pavel is a great and friendly tour guide. I had a great fish dish in the restaurant on our way.

Good value for money tour - Good value for money tour.
Quite comfortable minicoach and generally calm driver.
The star of the trip is the guide, Pavel.
He presents a well researched, well paced and humorous talk covering the history and culture of the island.
There is some spectacular scenery that would be difficult to access without a hire car.
For the optional lunch, menus are distributed on the bus, make your choice, Pavel sends the order and it's ready on arrival at the restaurant.
Actually, the food was pretty good and not expensive at all. Pavel then made payment at the bar easy and accurate.
Any negatives? Its personal choice but i thought Maspalmas at the end was not a nice resort at all.
Also, it would be nice if travellers with really heavy colds either wore a face mask on the bus or maybe cancelled out of courtesy to others.

Beautiful island tour with great guide - It was an all-round successful island tour. We learned a lot about the history of Gran Canaria, visited great places and saw beautiful landscapes.

Brilliant day with Pavel as our guide! - I’m 62, travel solo quite often and had never in all my life booked a guided tour before What can I say - as an intro Pavel has certainly set the bar high! Had an absolutely brilliant day, full of information and history and amusing anecdotes, all delivered beautifully. I even took notes! Saw loads and even though I felt ridiculous taking so much stuff with me (because I didn’t know what I’d need), I used pretty much all of it - a thick hoodie for up in the mountains, a fine knit for further down, an umbrella for the short time it rained, and flip flops and a sundress for the south of the island and the sand dunes. Saw and learnt so much. I highly recommend this tour with Pavel (hurry hurry hurry, it’s only once a week, on Wednesdays if you want Pavel as your guide!) Great day, great value, great memories made. Thank you.

Great tour if you are traveling without a car - Great full-day tour that brings you areas that are difficult to reach by public transport. The guide entertained one informatively and the group was not too big. Also the restaurant was super delicious.

You’d be mad not to book! - I now understand why this excursion has such great reviews.
Pawel is an excellent guide.
He is friendly, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour.
I was greeted with a big smile (that never left his face) on meeting him.
The places we visited were breathtaking and the whole tour was very well organised.
Well worth the money and highly recommended !

Couldn't see Gran Canaria any better! - Absolutely amazing experience. I couldn't fault it at all. Pavel is an exceptional guide, making friends with everyone in the group regardless of country or background. He had great stories/jokes to tell during transit, plus a few bonuses (no spoilers).
The sights were breathtaking and he really knew the best spots for all those photo ops. Even jumping into the fray and helping the restaurant serve us food!
I would definitely recommend this trip to any and everyone, as we had an exceptional trip. Might have to make it an annual thing.
All in all 10/10 for the experience, 15/10 for the guide.

Kool and chill, wavy as hell, swag unleashed - Dude was mad chill and wavy as hell. Knowledgable and witty and funny and kool. He also has the same name as my great grandfather, so we connected on a deep spiritual level.
