Turistik stole my 11-year-old daughter's watch and souvenir. - I describe what happened: - On Friday 08-August we contracted with our family this package. Returning after the trip we returned the clothes we had rented. When we arrived at the hotel (15 min later) we realized that we had left a couple of personal items in a pair of clothes that we returned. Upon realizing it immediately my wife contacted the WhatsApp of the website to ask for the address of the place where we left the clothes, however, they did not want to give us the address despite requesting it several times, they just said they would manage the search with the information we had provided. - The next day they answered that they found nothing, however we did know that it was there because on the bus we verified it so that we do not lose it, however, we forgot to remove them at the time of delivery of the garments. >>> The result: 1. The family trip that should end well ended with my lost daughter’s watch with her photos of the family trip and added the souvenir she had been taking care of for her best friend. These personal items have a sentimental value for my very important daughter...who finally also cried over what happened and did not know how to explain that we could not recover it. 2. When talking to another guide we were told that these things happen all the time with tourists because they never get anything back. >>> Attention: 1.
