CUSCO – LARES HOT SPRINGS - KISWARANI FALLS - CAMPSITE

Lares Hot Springs - The journey begins bright and early at 4:30 am, heading to the thermal baths of Lares. Here, a delightful breakfast awaits before embarking on a gradual 2-hour uphill hike to the town of Kiswarani. Lunch will be served here, amidst views of potato fields, llamas, and traditional Andean homes. The trek continues with a group of llamas for approximately 2 hours, leading to a campsite by a stunning blue lake. After dinner, enjoy stargazing and observing the constellations.

QUISWARANI - CONDOR PASS - CANCHA CANCHA COMMUNITY

Cancha Cancha - Begin the day with a warm beverage and some stretching, preparing for a 4-hour hike up the majestic mountains. A shaman will conduct a spiritual ceremony to honor the local deities. After taking in the breathtaking scenery, a 2-hour descent follows, leading to a lunch spot surrounded by llamas and alpacas. Post-lunch, continue for another 2-hour walk to the camp in Cancha Cancha, where the local lifestyle can be appreciated.

CANCHA CANCHA - SALINERAS - OLLANTAYTAMBO - AGUAS CALIENTES

Maras - Following breakfast, there is free time to explore the village and visit the local primary school. Meet the renowned guinea pig, significant to the local culture, before embarking on a 4-hour downhill walk, experiencing various climate changes. Arrive in Huaran for a special lunch called PACHAMANCA. Afterward, travel for 1 hour to the Salineras of Maras and then to Ollantaytambo by car. Later, at 7 pm, board the train to Aguas Calientes, where hotel check-in and relaxation await.

MACHUPICCHU - CUSCO

Machu Picchu - Rise early to catch the first bus and witness the sunrise at Machu Picchu. A guided tour of the city, lasting 2-3 hours, will be conducted by an English-speaking guide, showcasing the highlights of the citadel. Following the tour, there is free time to explore Machu Picchu independently or to climb Huayna Picchu or Montaña (optional, advance booking required). Once exploration is complete, take the bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included). Finally, board the Panoramic train and bus back to Cusco, where hotel drop-off will conclude the journey.
