Tamale-Mole

Mole National Park - In the morning, the tour guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to the Sognaayilli cultural village. Here, you will have the opportunity to observe the lifestyle of the northern people of Ghana, learn about their customs, and meet their fascinating residents.

At noon, enjoy a delightful lunch at the Wooden restaurant. Following lunch, explore the leather and local markets before heading to the highlight of the tour: Mole National Park. After a two-and-a-half-hour journey, you’ll arrive at the park and have some time to refresh before the excitement begins. Dinner is served at 7 pm, after which you’ll be driven to Mognori eco-village to experience the unique dance and music of the locals. The day concludes with a return to Mole Motel for rest and preparation for the next day’s adventures.

Mole National Park

Mole National Park - The second day is packed with excitement, starting with early walks and drives around the park to observe animals such as baboons, buffaloes, elephants, warthogs, and a variety of bird species. After this early adventure, breakfast will be served.

Later in the day, you’ll revisit Mognori eco-village for a guided village walk and a canoe safari. Upon returning to the motel by 1 pm, enjoy a delicious lunch and some relaxation by the pool. A Jeep safari drive follows at around 3:15 pm, culminating in a breathtaking sunset view from the Mole Motel. Dinner is served again at 7 pm.

Mole National Park - Breakfast is served a bit later this morning, allowing time to pack for departure. On the way to Tamale, you’ll stop to visit the oldest mosque in West Africa, the Larabanga Mosque, built in 1421 and still standing today. Upon arrival in Tamale, enjoy a delicious lunch at the Wooden restaurant before being taken back to the airport for your departure.
