Great Cultural Experience - I was picked up from my hotel on time and driven to the village where I and two other ladies were treated to a wonderful cultural experience, complete with learning to drum!

Great historical and cultural experience. - If you only have a short time in the Johannesburg area, this is an excellent choice. Great cultural experience, especially for those unfamiliar with the history of the different tribes and people.

Worth it - The experience in Lesedi was very good. It is highly recommended if you have free time in Johannesburg. The people are very friendly and all the time interact with them making this walk a very pleasant experience.

Great cultural... - Great cultural experience. Loved the drumming, dancing, and different villages. Our driver never talked to us. He would have earned a much better tip if he had been friendly and informative.

Want to experience authenticity? - If you want to get a real experience, this is your tour, I expected a show, and I got history, knowledge, welcoming people, and full of energy. Everything was great and the food as well.

They know how to put on a show - Lesedi cultural village is a great place to learn about the different local cultures in South Africa. The dance performances were very entertaining. Gabriel the guide was very informative about the current and past situation in South Africa during the drive to Lesedi.

Immersion in local culture - Well organized tour. Our guide was punctual. He picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the village. He waited for us until the end of the tour (visit of the 5 tribes and traditional show of the local tribes). Everything perfect

Learn about South African indigineous cultures - Wow, did not expect how fantastic this would be. Amazing cultural experience where you learn about 5 different tribes of South America by super enthusiastic staff members. You learn to drum, tour the different villages, and get treated to a fantastic dance show. Then you finish it off with a delicious lunch buffet. Don't hesitate to do this! Also, you can stay the night in one of the villages (the rooms have wifi/AC/tvs).
