A great transfer experience - The trip was actually a transfer booked through MoAfrika from Pilanesberg National Park to Johannesburg Airport, which took approximately four hours. Our driver Carson was professional and went above and beyond to make the transfer more than just a transfer driving experience. We asked him questions and he gave us a very interesting and informative history of South Africa over the past 150 years. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and we really appreciated the effort he went to keep us entertained and informed during the trip.

South African populated - Very interesting with the portrayal of the villages of the natives, their music and dance. It takes an entire period, morning or afternoon.
Not very cheap but worth it.

A good intro to 5 area village cultures - Thomas, our guide through MoAfrika Tours really made this 1/2 day outing extra special! He is a superb guide, thoughtful, fun & kind! You will be lucky to have him as your guide! Seek him out!
The introduction/exposure to the 5 different villages & their cultures was nicely done. The drumming & dancing was exceptional— nicely accompanied by a helpful bit of narrative.
The buffet lunch was delicious & a nice way to sample more of the various South African area specialties.

Dance and food - My day with Khutso was amazing, I had to modify my trip so he was the assigned tour guide and driver for me. Before the cultural village we did the cradle of human kind. He would share interesting facts of where we are or the everyday of the people around as he drove us to the destinations. We were laughing all the time. Now regarding Lesedi… It’s a great experience, you get to learn about the diverse heritage of South Africa in one place. Our guide was lovely and she happily answered our questions. The dancers are incredible and you can see they LOVE to dance. One of the dancers was in his day off and still joined the “party”. There is many food and drink options, all was really good. Also here I found many great souvenirs at a really good price. I would also say, that the cost of admission was a bit too high compared to similar experiences that I had in other countries, but I still encourage everyone to go, especially if your stay in South Africa is short.
