The staff was very kind and passionate about what they do. The day of our trip it was a little on the wavy side (it IS Lake Superior) and they took extra time to explain what to expect and gave plenty of opportunities for people to go as far as they were comfortable. I live in the UP but have never done one of these so I brought my friend from Detroit out and we both had a wonderful experience. I have already recommended Northern Waters Adventures and will continue to do so!

Our tour was great! Our tour guides were friendly and very knowledgeable and helped to keep riders calm during a rough day on the water. My only criticism would be the transportation system to and from the beach. Once we arrived back on shore, there were not enough spots to transport everyone back to the cars. A handful of people were left behind. Better planning or a larger vehicle could easily solve that problem, however, and would make for a perfect day! Kudos and thank you to the guides!
