The vessel was built in 1983, measures 60 feet in length, 20 feet in width, and has a 4.5-foot draft. It has a Coast Guard-approved capacity of 131 passengers and undergoes annual inspections by the USCG. The vessel is wheelchair accessible with some limitations (not 100% wheelchair accessible).
