Great experience - Great experience, chill trip in nice van, provides dinner and trip on boat to view sunset and relax in water The bay is pretty cool, not quite like the pictures but still worth it. Tour guide Julian was great. Would recommend

Our guide George and boat... - Our guide George and boat captain Ryan were incredible and key to making this an experience we'll never forget. The small lunch was delicious and we felt very welcome. George's attentiveness made this long day so worth it.

Fun family experience! - This experience is a MUST DO but especially with this company. Our guide Felix took care of everything from start to finish , had such a fun and upbeat personality and explained about the island on the drive. He was very funny and accommodating. The meal provided in town was tasty. My kids age 5 and 8 did very well although the water is a bit chilly at night just be ready with warm jacket and towels for the boat ride back. I would highly recommend this tour and we are so glad we did it as a family!

A fun road trip and good adventure - Swimming in the bio-bay was fun! So was our stop at the sandbar. Driving over the mountains provided excellent views of geology and geography. Our guide Julien was kind and knowledgeable, and made us all feel safe and welcome.

An excellent tour from... - An excellent tour from start to finish! Our tour guide/driver Felix was amazing, high energy and helpful from pick up to drop off, he did it all! Swimming in the bay was such a unique experience, highly recommended. Consider bringing something warm to wear on the boat, it's a chilly ride after the sun goes down and after you're already wet.

Bioluminescent boat tour and transportation - Well worth the trip. It was a unique and beautiful experience. You are on the boat (or sand bar) for sunset, then you travel through the darkness to the bay where the water is warm and the stars in the sky are matched by the glowing bioluminescence as you move on the water. Traveled with teens and we all enjoyed it. We also used bespoke for all our transportation needs while in PR and found them friendly and reliable.

bio bay tour - This was a fantastic tour! George was our tour guide and he was upbeat, fun, funny, and gave good explanations. We were picked up in San Juan with a few others at different hotels. We drove about two hours to a fishing village on the south west part of P.R. The scenery was beautiful. At the fishing village, we ate at a local restaurant (included in the tour). Then, we took a boat to a bay where you could stand up in the water and watch the sunset. It was beautiful. After sunset, we boarded the boat and entered the bioluminescent bay. George gave everyone swimming noodles and we climbed down a ladder off of the back of the boat into the ocean. It was amazing to see the glowing lights but it doesn't look like the photos. You can't see anything from the boat. You have to create movement to see anything glow and the glow is more like tiny fireflies underwater. The overhead stars in the darkness with no light pollution was, frankly, the most stunning part. This is the only biobay where you can swim and I think it was a better experience than kayaking in Laguna (although closer to San Juan). It was a wonderful day and quite reasonable given everything included.

Wish I could give no stars for poor communication - I never received any communication other than the Viator confirmation email. The tour operator arrived to pick us up 30 mins prior to the time in the confirmation email and then were incredibly rude when we were not at the pick up spot. They then said turn the Uber around and drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction to meet them (we were on the highway in lots of traffic). They then sent me a screenshot of a text they claim then sent but I never received. I’m sure the tour was lovely but I wouldn’t know. And they refused to give me a refund.
