Great Delhi Gate Market tour & Heera Mandi dinner - A most enjoyable experience. Jojo was an excellent tour guide who spoke impeccable English and Urdu. We were running late due to Lahore traffic but Jojo was most patient and waited for 30 minutes for our tour to start. The hammam was very interesting and actually decently preserved. Walking through the narrow market streets was a lot of fun. Watch out for all the motorcycles. Had a Lahore chola snack which was different from the Karachi cholas we are used to. Fresh puris were yum!! Next was the mosque which was closed but the chowkidar opened for us. It was also very nice. This was followed by a super fun rickshaw ride to the new food street (old Heera Mandi), with dinner at the rooftop of javelin with a promo view of Badsahai Masjid. Yum BBQ followed by even yummier dessert. All in all a fun evening. Thanks Jojo!
