Desert transform into tranquil picturesque - The highlight was the cozy overnight stay in luxurious desert tents, where we woke up to the serene beauty of the desert at sunrise. The attention to detail and exceptional service made the entire experience seamless and memorable.

So calming and magical - As night fell, the camp came alive with traditional music and dance performances. The belly dance and Tanoura dance added a vibrant cultural touch to the evening.

Sounds good place - It was great friends night and we all gather there to make our moments memorable. We avail these guys amazing service from minor water bottle to food and other arrangements were impressive and show's there professionalism.

Desert camp at night. - Waking up to a stunning sunrise over the dunes was the perfect end to an incredible night. overall depending the night under the stars was magical experience.

Overnight Safari !!! - I booked an overnight safari package. I actually opted for the safari package to gift my wife on her birthday. She literally enjoyed it to the bottom of her hearts, and her seeing her satisfied made me the happiest person on the earth. Enjoying the Arabian desert, food, music, and camping in a tent fulfilled my mission. What an experience it was to stay in an Arabian tent and wake up in the morning with the sun over the head.

Overnight safari - If you love gazing at the stars like me ,then overnight safari is an amazing option. I spent my whole night at the desert and get lost in the beauty of the sky at Dubai desert safari.

Bad. - Unfortunately our assessment of the package/program you sold to us is the worst possible. Let's go to the facts: 1. The truck driver was not fluent in English and did not drive more than 20 minutes in the dunes, while in the program the time of the ride in the dunes was 45 minutes. We also highlight that the tour was through the smaller dunes and without emotion. In addition, the driver was more interested in making stops at places selling souvenirs and hiring camel rides than performing the contracted service. 2. After this short time (about 20 minutes) the driver stopped at a place where UTVs and quad bikes are rented, claiming a place indicated to take photos. Then without warning us, he simply left the site and we only managed to find him 30 minutes later calibrating the tyres of the car in a parking lot on the other side of the place where he left us, this time that should be doing the ride in the dunes. 3. When we questioned about the time of the tour, he claimed that we should have complained before, but how, if he was not there? 4. The show was very weak and the dinner was reasonable. 5. The program included sleeping in tents in the dunes contemplating the stars, as if it were in a typical camp for the people who live in the dunes, however, the truth was very different, they set up a camping tent inside the establishment where the show and dinner took place, on woodwork floor and with a roof. We were forced to request transport to take us back to Dubai and pay an extra day. In fact, what was offered to us on site was completely different from the program sold, hence a big lie and lack of respect. What happened cannot be considered a failure or something like that. It was very serious, unjustifiable and unacceptable. In attachment are some photos and videos that prove all this deception and lack of respect. These are the services that you offer on the site and it was what we contracted, however, only 37.5% of the promised was fulfilled (stamped in red) and still incomplete, as in the case of the tour of the dunes.
