Amazing experience - The experience was amazing. Starting from Abi, the driver, that was a very nice person and like a clock to pick us up at the hotel. He responded to all our question during the trip and gave us details of everything that we saw. The dune bashing was incredible, he had a lot of experience driving and make us feel very safe and comfortable even when it is a risky experience. Beautiful sunset and wonderful views. Once on the camp, the food and shows were very good. We recommend this tour.

Wonderful luxurious holiday - I had a wonderfull time and Dubai with my family ..The agency was very helpful from begining ..providing multiple options and changing itenary every time I requested..I booked all my activities tickets via them and all transportation was handled by them..vehicle are clean and drivers are extremely professional...
They booked safari,city tour, dinner cruise, lego land, miracle garden , dolphine shows , atlantis and many more..

Best day in Dubai! - From start to finish the day was amazing and I can’t fault it. Our tour guide was Faizan and he was great! He let us stay at each place for however long we wanted, took pictures and of us and got all the angles! The whole day is definitely worth the money and would recommend it to anyone wanting a day in the desert.

Best Desert Safari Tour - We had a great safari experience. The dune bashing, sand boarding, the shows & the dinner buffet were fantastic & perfectly executed. The driver was very polite & friendly. The safety standards for safari were taken care of be it the seat belts or the car all were perfect as per safari standards. The dune drive was the best part. In the camp the camel ride, the shows- belly dance, the light dance & fire show we enjoyed it a lot. I was totally amazed by this henna painting. When I went to the lady she first asked if my skin is sensitive or if I have some skin allergy only after that she applied henna. It was so quick& beautiful. My overall experience was 10 on 10 & I will 100% recommend Dubai Dream Casters. They are very professional. From the reservation to the complete trip it was perfect.

Our driver was... - Our driver was very good and took good care of us. The walk in the dunes was nice as well as the little camel ride. The different shows have made us travel. Meal was good. Little downside on the language barrier and being too busy to spend money. If you don’t speak English it’s complicated when we chose this excursion because we were offered a French speaking guide. We still had a great time.

Safety concerns - Our safari experience was marred by various concerning aspects of the service. Firstly, the henna painting tattoo, part of the package, resulted in an unexpected skin burn. Having had henna before without any adverse reactions, it became evident that a different, potentially harmful substance was used, raising questions about safety and material quality.
The safety standards during the safari were equally disconcerting. The driver displayed aggressive behavior and neglected to prioritize passenger safety, driving in the sand without ensuring everyone wore seatbelts. This blatant disregard for well-being went beyond acceptable boundaries, compromising the overall adventure.
On top of these issues, the repercussions of the skin damage from the henna tattoo added an unexpected layer of distress. The severity of the burn prompted the need for treatment, incurring additional, unplanned expenses. Beyond the financial aspect, the emotional toll was significant, as I found myself anxious about the potential depth of the skin damage.
Moreover, the impact on the color of my skin has become a source of heightened concern. The uncertainty about whether my skin will return to its normal state or if the discoloration is permanent adds to the distress caused by the henna-related skin damage. This lingering uncertainty amplifies the negative repercussions of the experience, underscoring the need for greater attention to safety and quality standards in the services offered during the safari.

Bad experience - This was the most uncomfortable trip we have ever had. The driver was terrible; he didn't care about our safety, and the lady who painted the henna Tattoo used some chemical that burned my skin. Overall, we had a bad experience with this tour service, and we won't recommend anyone to have this experience; here are the pictures of that henna tattoo, which they called and burned my skin. When we asked for a refund, they said my hand was sensitive, that is why, but henna is not my first time. I have done this before, so why do I get sensitive now? If this henna had no chemicals, I wouldn't get this reaction so quickly; this is burning my skin. I couldn't even sleep all night the day that she put the henna; it was burning all my hand like I have fire burn.
