• ATV rides are available for participants aged 14-55
• Participants must be 14 years or older and should possess basic driving skills for the ATV experience.
• Any damage, injuries, or loss of personal items during the quad biking are the participant’s responsibility, as insurance does not cover this activity.
• The tour duration is approximately 6 hours, with around 60 minutes dedicated to the ATV ride.
• Pickup will be scheduled 45 minutes before your chosen departure time, so please be ready in your hotel lobby accordingly.
• Kindly provide your WhatsApp number for smoother communication during the pickup process.
• If you have sensitive skin, it is advised to avoid henna
• Any damage to the buggy or ATV is the financial responsibility of the participant.
• Participants are responsible for any injury to themselves or others resulting from the use of buggies or ATVs.
• Loose clothing is recommended for summer, while warmer attire is advisable during winter months.
• During Ramadan, certain entertainment such as Belly Dance may not be available.
• Pickup times may shift by an hour earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon due to summer heat. Guests will be notified in advance if changes occur.
• The experience is weather-dependent. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, an alternative date or a full refund will be provided.
