What an adrenaline pumping day!! Unforgettable experience in the heart of a click. - The trip was overall very fun, exciting and well-organized. You could feel the adrenaline pumping inside your body. The driver was very sensible and you could tell that he was experienced and knew what he was doing.

This trip never disappoints - It was an amazing experience, and the driver Yasir made it like that. Awesome driving skills. The night show was amazing. For all the food, water, and the lenght of the trip it is a must do at this price. I recommend to all who want to spend half of day having fun and meeting new people.

It was an excellent trip and Ali took care of us and made memories with us. He even helped us with couple pictures. - I had an incredible experience with Sand Dune Arabian Adventure during their VIP Sand Dune & Desert Safari in Dubai. The entire trip was perfectly organized, smooth, and truly enjoyable from start to finish.
A very special thanks to our driver Ali, who made this experience unforgettable. He was extremely professional, highly skilled at dune bashing, and ensured everything was safe while still being exciting. Ali helped me with everything throughout the safari, was very informative, and explained each part of the experience clearly. He was also very friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel completely comfortable the entire time.
The VIP service was excellent, and the desert safari itself was an amazing adventure that I will always remember. I highly recommend Sand Dune Arabian Adventure to anyone visiting Dubai and looking for a premium, hassle-free desert safari. Truly a 5-star experience!

Great experience, highly recommend it even with small kids. Ask for driver Saad. - My family went on safari with driver Saad, the experience was great. We were with 2 kids - 3 and 8 years old and they had so much fun! Saad picked up from the hotel at exact time he told us, wend quad (with additional payment as it was not included), then dune basting, a little time for some pictures and sand boarding, and then went on a barbeque dinner with few shows. It was well deserved experience and really enjoyed it! The driver was very helpful, made us pictures and was explaining everything. Maybe I wish, I had more time on the dunes for sand bording and more pictures but overall everything was perfect!

Excelente - Wow, Mohammad Saadi's attention to detail was amazing! He was always so attentive. 100% recommended! What an experience! 😻😻 They took care of everything, picked me up at the hotel, and were kind and attentive at all times. God bless them!

Beautiful Adventure - Fantastic experience in the desert! The guide, who was also the driver (Ustad), was very good and very prepared. Exciting the race through the dunes and beautiful shows, especially that of fire. Discreet food, depends on taste, but the atmosphere is unique. I recommend to bring a scarf from home to cover your face, or to buy it directly there, because sand and wind make themselves felt. An adventure not to be missed!

VIP Red Dune Safari (Booking.com) - This excursion was one of the worst and most unsafe experiences I have ever had, and it should not be sold under any circumstances, especially to families.
From the very beginning, the experience was alarming. The driver was using his mobile phone while driving, showing a complete lack of attention and professionalism. He then lost the route for nearly two hours, which already says a lot about the organization and competence of the operator.
Because of this, we arrived at the desert almost at sunset, which ruined a large part of the experience that was advertised and paid for. What was supposed to be a well-organized VIP safari turned into a rushed and incomplete activity.
Once there, we were left waiting for about an hour with no explanation, no guidance, and no clear coordination.
The return was even worse. There was total chaos. No clear transport arrangements, no staff taking responsibility. At one point, we were dropped at a petrol station with two children, without any proper explanation. Another driver did arrive shortly after, but this does not excuse the stress, fear, and sense of abandonment we experienced.
This tour showed a serious lack of organization, supervision, and basic safety standards. The situation was especially shocking given that children were involved. Other guests were equally upset and confused.
This was not a VIP experience, not even close. It was unsafe, poorly managed, and unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone — especially families — to avoid this operator completely.
Booking.com should seriously review whether this provider should remain listed, as this kind of experience can put passengers at real risk.
