Incredible private tour - Outstanding experience, excellent guides, beautiful boat, incredible hospitality - would highly recommend. The captain got right into the caves and was able to find a school of about 100 dolphins that played with us around the boat. Really a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Fun trip - Great boat trip to the major caves and rock formations. Got a bit windy, rocky and wet! Would suggest taking a wind-breaker and towel. The captain and guide were awesome!

Do NOT book with BlueFleet. 0 stars . - Do NOT book with this company. If I could give negative stars I would. I lead yoga retreats all over the world. We booked and paid for 2 tours for 24 people each (48 total), with this company for a catamaran tour 8 weeks prior to our September visit. When we arrived with our guests at the designated time, the scramble began. They failed to put our confirmed reservation in the system (I saw the confirmation). After waiting for 5 -10 minutes of them talking to our retreat center on the phone (they had made the booking for us and paid for our reservation) the girl at the desk tells me our retreat center never confirmed the booking. I asked another woman if they had received the payment for the booking and she told me they would have collected the money after (what service industry does that?). This was lie number one. It HAD already been paid for and confirmed to us. It got SO much worse. They then tell us to come back 2 hours later and they will split us onto 3 tiny boats with no bathrooms, and no beverage service, which is definitely not what we paid for. When I pointed this out, she shrugged. Our retreat center coordinator tells me to hold on, he is trying to make alternate arrangements. I then speak to our retreat coordinator on the phone (BlueFleet clearly doesn’t understand the retreat center knows our group very well.) The employee at BlueFleet had told our coordinator that they would have denied us boarding anyway as people in our group were ON DRUGS and doing mushrooms. I’m sorry….WHAT!? Most of us are over 50 midwesterners. We had one person in our group with a food allergy to mushrooms so if that word was even uttered or overheard that would have been the only context. I went out and asked the group if anyone said ANYTHING about mushrooms and no one knew what I was talking about. They failed horribly as a business and FIRST tried to blame it on our retreat center THEN tried to make an excuse to blame it on us. Once we rebooked with Discovery Tours, I went back in and asked the employees at the desk if they told our retreat center we were taking drugs. She looked at me like a deer in headlights (she for sure was not expecting me to return with that confrontation) and shook her head like she didn’t understand. I said it again and then said ‘mushrooms’. She denied saying it (which she had literally JUST said to our retreat center) and then said ‘ask your group’ which I already had. I told her it was extremely inappropriate to tell a lie to our retreat center because they made an error, and left. So they lied about not being paid, they lied about not having our trip confirmed and then in order to attempt to deny us service, they lied about someone being impaired. I work with travel related vendors all over the world and have NEVER been so shocked and offended by the lack of professionalism and accountability. Mistakes happen. Take accountability and make it right. Don’t spin a zillion lies to divert blame. 10/10 to Discovery Tours who accepted our last minute booking and accommodated our group. It ended up being a superior tour to what we had originally booked anyway. We had an amazing experience with them. We are a laid back, easy going group but I will not tolerate some disorganized, deceitful company trying to disparage my guests to cover their poor business practices. Avoid BlueFleet like the plague. The boat photo is from Discovery Tour’s boat.
