Great pics - We took the pontoon boat because my uncle thought the airboat would be too loud. At first I was disappointed. Thinking the pontoon boat wouldn’t bring us as far into the swamp. I don’t know where the airboats went but they were definitely too loud for me. The pontoon boat was covered and kept the sun off of us. We grabbed a bunch of great photos. And it was so convenient to be picked up at the hotel. Our concierge said finding an uber to go that far can be difficult, so I’m glad we didn’t bother trying. We saw plenty of alligators.

Peaceful - It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a beautiful day to go. Our tour guide did a super job with some history and took us to various part of the swamp. My favorite was when we pulled into where the alligators hang out. They came close to the pontoon boat, but I never felt threatened.

THIS SHOULD BE ON EVERYONE’s NOLA BUCKETLIST! - This was such a fun tour. We chose to book direct with the provider as they provided transportations to and from the activity. When you’re in an unfamiliar city it was nice to have one set meeting point for all of our activities. There was a good mix of history/information, sightseeing, the tour guide brought treats to entice the gators to show up, and even played fun music while we cruised. Definitely something you must do when visiting NOLA!

Good tour of the Bayou. - The tour was great with the exception of us not being on an airboat as expected. Our van driver drove way too fast and was running stop signs on the way back. He is very fortunate that he didn’t get into an accident!

Ended quick - Thought we would see more areas and the tour would be longer than it was but we enjoyed.
