Family of 4. Kids ages 11 & 10. - We really enjoyed doing this as a family of four and being able to have transportation there and back was amazing. They take pictures which I absolutely loved for keeping the memory. The guide was funny and being on the boat was so enjoyable and it was cold. They do mention to bring a jacket when you book which is what we done. My only negative for the whole experience is they need to advertise that in colder months you will not see any alligators out on the bayou. On the plus side they have “sugar” and albino gator inside the arm band and gift shop area, so it wasn’t a huge deal that we didn’t get to see them out in the bayou. Although it would’ve been even better if we could’ve.

Great tour guide. He really know the local history - We did this pontoon boat ride today. It was fun. We just wish we would have come when it was warmer so that we could have seen some alligators!

Good time, pricy for the experience - EJ shared facts about Louisiana, the experiences shared from the hurricanes. He showed us around the swamp, pointed out different animals and made jokes throughout the tour. They had music playing during some portions of the tour and it was nice, blending with the nature and just listening. We had a good experience. There weren’t a lot of people on the tour we went on, so plenty of seats to choose from on the pontoon boat. When booking the tour, I didn’t find any prices listed online but on the phone was directed options depending how much we were looking to spend. The pontoon tour was $45/pp after taxes and fees. I don’t think the tour was worth $45 but I do think it was interesting and educational. Our tour was scheduled for 9:30am we spent about 2 1/2 hours there between checking in, the bar while we waited for the boats, the tour, and then checking out the store afterwards. There’s an albino alligator names Sugar in the store! It was a chilly day - wish we would’ve prepared warmer clothes (59° wind 10mph for reference) we wore jackets and leggings but a coat and sweatpants would’ve been ideal for the cold air while on the water.

Calm and relaxing - I was hoping to be on an air boat not on the Cadillac metal boat. But other than that it was a nice ride.

Horrible boat ride. - I booked this trip when I arrived in New Orleans. My wife got sick the morning of & our tour was scheduled for 2pm. I called to see if I could rescheduled due to her not feeling well. I spoke to the rep who said she we check to see if I could. She called me back & said no they couldn’t reschedule me. Without giving me any logical reason wasn’t asking for a refund, but only to reschedule to another day, so we could enjoy the tour. Anyhow we went on the tour anyway, even though she wasn’t feeling well we didn’t won’t to just throw a $100 down the drain. It was already cold & raining off & on, the captain told us before we even departed, that he’s pretty sure we won’t see any alligators, he hasn’t seen any all day. He said due to the weather they probably would come out, he’s sure they are trying to stay warm. This is more of the reason why tickets for the day shouldn’t even been sold. So we left out & did nothing but ride with absolutely nothing to see but dirty water. The captain tried to entertain us with dry humor but the other 7 passengers wasn’t interested either. This is more of the reason why tickets for today shouldn’t been sold. They basically took our money for nothing, because we got nothing at all other than a boring boat ride. Shame on this company, out only to make a buck. I will Never use this company again.

Terrible - Never go in January. It was a waste of money and time. We did not see not one alligator. All we saw was water and trees. Our captain did not tell us during the winter time we will not be able to see alligators. The alligators do not come out in the winter time. It was until the middle of the trip it was said. It was definitely not worth it.
