Easy day in Pisa - Nice easy day in Pisa, no train changes worries. Ambra, our tour guide, did a very good job of showing us the sights with good explanations in three languages. Very glad I decided for this tour.

Just Do It! - The guide we had was a local and very knowledgeable of any questions we had. What a great tour for half of the price our ship was offering.

Excellent family-friendly tour - We did this tour as a family of 4 - two adults, a 10yo and an autistic 7yo - and found it worked really well. The stops were both a good duration and offered good flexibility to do your own thing (many people did the guided tour in Sarzana but we found a lovely cafe and a great playpark with the kids where we made friends with some lovely Italian mums who insisted on sharing their ice lollies with the kids) Pisa again was a good duration. The bus was comfy and our guide pitched the amount of commentary perfectly (enough to make the journey interesting but not overloading us with facts and history) We also found the price very reasonable (especially when compared with other similar excursions) Would definitely recommend. Communication with the company was also good and clear on instructions of where to meet. Also loved that we could buy reasonably priced water on board the bus.

Great day! - Great day! The bus was comfortable and had a/c which was very nice. Our guides were very helpful and informative. Seeing Pisa was fantastic, and going to Lerici was awesome! Such a beautiful tour. So happy we did it, and would highly recommend!

Day trip to Pisa - Arrived in La spezia port on a cruise picked up the tour in the terminal at 10am ,drove to Lerici a small fishing port stayed 1 hour then on to Pisa ,Ambra our guide was very informative. Pisa is a 10 min walk from where the bus parks as they're not allowed near the monuments ,spent 2 hours there had a look round and lunch then back to the port for 4pm ,brilliant tour would recommend, thanks to our tour guide and driver(Nufel)

Fresh off the boat - Had a lovely guide named Rachel from the UK via Canada and now has resided in Italy for 28 years. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Had a great trip right from the ship.

My Pisa! - The tour was great! Very informative. The guide gave us free time to walk around and explore. It is crowded near the Tower.

You have to do this - This was awesome, definitely a bucket list item. Our guide was efficient and did her job well. We had enough free time to cover all of the attractions plus have lunch. What a great day.

Uncomfortable bus. - The tour guide & bus driver were 5 out of 5. The stops & information were very informative & well timed. However the bus was very uncomfortable. The seats were so cramped together and narrow. A number of taller passengers had to sit sideways into the aisle. Today I have a very sore back due to the small space.

Not keeping what was promised. - It started with the tour being postponed 30 minutes which you could have announced well in advance. When the bus finally arrived, it was in such a hurry on the bus that the guide in that bus did not check the ticket even though I showed it on the phone. We were 6 people. This meant that the bus had to turn around and drive us back. In the experience it was stated that the tour would pass the Cinque Terre which was not done. When we arrived we were directed to a place the group would reunite. No guided tour was included in Pisa. On the return trip we passed something you compared to Miami beach. Completely uninteresting and was nothing described in the tour. For me and my 5 friends it just felt like a transport which we could have done with trains that had become significantly cheaper. We could then also have spent more time in Pisa and got more out of this trip.
