On time, great communicator, safe driver! - Matteo was on time to meet us at the cruise ship port for our tour to Pisa and Lucca. He was a friendly and safe driver, The van was clean and comfortable, and we had a great day!

Outstanding driver !!! - Simone was our full day driver from the La Spezia port to Pisa, then on to Lucca - then back to the Port. I don’t often leave review - but we had an exceptional experience and I was compelled to leave a review. Our experience with Simone was wonderful. He was such a great guy, a safe and professional driver with an immaculately clean van - stocked with complimentary beverages. We had an unplanned quick stop and he was very accommodating. As an English only speaker, Simone’s command of the English language was excellent. 100% recommend his services. Derek/Debbie May 2024

Hidden Gem- Lucca - Our driver Simon was professional and personal the entire time. He is a local of both cities and was able to explain fun and enjoyable things to see and do. It was great being able to see Pisa, as the lines got longer as we were leaving. Lucca is hardley given any recognition of it endless amounts of restaurants, shop and churches. We were overwhelmingly surprised by Lucca and we are hoping to return for another trip for more days. Thank you Simon for an excellent adventure!

Really good tour - Simone was an excellent guide, friendly, excellent English, drove well and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. We all had a fantastic day. The van was great too.

Ask for Simon! - Simon made this trip wonderful! He picked us up at the cruise port in a very nice van. My uncle is in a wheelchair and Simon was very accommodating. There was plenty of room, and fresh water for the ride. Pisa and Lucca were both remarkable. Simon was able to give us tips on the best way to see each area. He also pointed out many sights along the way to both cities and was very knowledgeable with any questions we had. He dropped us at each spot and arranged a spot for us to meet after. Worth every penny to book this private excursion.

On time and money well spent - On time and Emilio was awesome. Great sites and highly recommend this tour, it's worth the money. Our driver was from Pisa so he knew best places to go.

Rip off - This was not a tour. It was a very expensive taxi ride. Only service provided was dropping us off and picking us up in Pisa and Lucca. No information that a tour guide would normally provide. Would not recommend this tour or tour company. Poor reflection on Viator which will make me hesitate to ever book through again with Viator . Basically we were ripped off.
