• La Herradura - Join us in exploring the most iconic resorts along the southern coast of the Coquimbo Region. In about 8 hours, you will have the opportunity to visit the region’s most renowned beaches: La Herradura, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, and Tongoy.

The tour begins at the viewpoint of Playa la Herradura, a stunning beach resort known for its gentle waves. Local legends suggest that during the era of corsairs and pirates in Coquimbo Bay, the privateer Drake may have chosen the area near La Herradura to hide one of his treasures, which is still sought after today.

• Guanaqueros - Guanaqueros is another resort located south of Coquimbo, featuring 17 kilometers of fine sandy beach and calm waters, perfect for water sports. The Mirador offers an unforgettable panoramic view.
• Tongoy - The final stop is Tongoy, another of the region’s iconic resorts, situated 42 km south of the city of La Serena. It boasts four wetlands, a natural heritage site where a variety of species coexist, along with endangered native flora such as the guaicurú and the reed. Tongoy is also famous for its oyster farms, a delicacy in Chilean cuisine. Its beaches, with crystal-clear waters, white sands, and excellent dining options, make this destination a must-visit.
