Great trip to/from the airport. - Our driver Jonathan was great. He was the one who picked us up at the airport and also at the hotel to return. He was a great driver and his van was clean. Also the AC was nice and cool and he had good music for us. Would recommend.

Great airport drive - Jonathan was courteous and and loaded out luggage at the resort. He expertly drove us to the airport and helped with our bags.

Really good! Try to contact them before the trip for more information if you are booking via get your guide :) - Driver and representative were really nice and friendly. We had trouble finding them at the airport but booked the trip just before our flight. That’s why we could not correspond with them before (no WiFi). Make sure to contact them after your reservation and send the flight number to avoid misunderstanding. Anyways José called us at the airport and we were able to catch up. Would recommend! :)

TRAVELERS BEWARE! - Transfer to and from our hotel was wonderful! Drivers were very professional. TRAVELERS BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK A BOAT TOUR THROUGH THIS COMPANY We booked an island tour with Kelly while at the airport. We were told an 8:30am pickup by him and another person via text. We had to call them that morning and didn’t get picked up until almost 10:30. The snorkeling is like 5 minutes off the boat in the bay while you wait on others, and you only get about 30 minutes at the island, just enough time for lunch. The catamaran was so much fun with the drinks and music. The speedboat on the way back however only involved jumping in the shallow water just long enough for them to take and try to sell you pictures with a fake starfish. THEN THE EMPLOYEE NAMED “ERIC” was talking with me and try to get me to grope his man parts! If I’d been quicker I would have kneed the @sshole in the balls. Then we get back In the boat and JOSE WAS ON THE FROMT OF THE SPEEDBOAT SMOKING WEED FROM A VAPE. These guys need fired! TRAVELERS BEWARE!
