Poor operator and deceptive tour description. - Please look at other tour operators before you book this tour. This operator does not accurately describe their tour. It is much longer than they claim due to the fact that they contract everything to third parties. They hired two different taxi companies to get us to the boat departure location, which was far from Bayahibe. We had to wait to switch from a local taxi service that picked us up from the hotel and then once again on the way back. On the way back they had us sitting in the van on the side of the highway waiting for a local taxi to take us for about 20 minutes When I asked about this the driver of the first car explained that they are only responsible from taking us to this location and have no control over the people picking us up from the side of the highway. They only did a short snorkeling experience, not an hour. They also contracted the boat which took us from the dock from another third party. Felt like we were just cattle being pushed to and from each dock as quickly as possible. They also try to upsell you on food and drinks while there, open bar is only rum, coke and sprite. We did other tours while in bayahibe which were much better ran and not contracted out every possible chance. Catalina island itself is nice, please just find another operator to do this tour. There are many.
