Perfect for couples and families - We went as a couple and loved it, but we also saw families enjoying themselves a lot. It is a tour suitable for everyone, with a safe, fun and very complete service. Diamond Tour is excellent.

Unforgettable experiences in Buggy Tour in Punta Cana - I take the Buggy and the Zipline Tour, was amazing, the aventure was incredible, driving the cars, the person who took care of me in Dianomd Tour was Charlie W, he was always attentive at all times, the experience was very exciting.

Save Your Money - I used Diamond Transfer to get for round trip transfers from the airport, and had no issues. I also bought two excursions the Buggy Ride and Coco Bongo. The morning of the buggy ride, I received a message that our pickup time was moved up one hour.we got the text at 9:15AM moving the time from 11:15AM to 10:15AM. We hadn’t planned to get out that early but we made it happen. The tour was ok, but not one I would book again. It was a lot of riding through alleys behind houses and on the streets. The beach was nice and the cave was neat, but you are bombarded by vendors at each stop. The buggies were worn out, and mine had to be “hotwired” to start. The photographer took some very good pictures though. For our Coco bongo excursion, we were given a 7:40PM pickup time. At 7:39PM, I received a message that pickup was at 7:15PM. The response I received was a driver would be there around 8:15PM well over 30 minutes after the original pickup time. We would have made the show, but the issue is became position in the building. Everything I found said to arrive early to get the best views. Making it to the venue at 8:45PM defeats that purpose. We decided against waiting and just stayed at our resort. I believe the tour company will wait for you for 20 minutes before you’re considered a no show, and I extended the same, which they couldn’t make. I’ve requested a refund for COCO Bongo and so far have been given the runaround. The person I booked with told me to get with the office and the office is telling me to get with the person who booked the tour.
