Not as advertised - This trip was chaos from start to finish. Pickup was late, we were hustled off the bus at a gas station with no explanation, with hundreds of other people from different tours, then put on yet another bus (some ppl had already switched once!). The worst part, though, was that we didn't even go to the Wall (El Muro) which is the only reason I booked this. The crew repeatedly lied to me, telling me that yes, yes, we were going to El Muro to snorkel (I speak Spanish). There was also almost no English so I was translating for other confused tourists. I didn't realize that I would be grouped with *hundreds* of other people from various tours onto one huge boat. It took three hours just to get on the boat from Punta Cana. I didn't get lunch until 2pm. There was no communication on what was happening or the itinerary or anything at all. Everyone was confused and unhappy. When it came time to snorkel, they didn't have enough masks for everyone (and no fins at all) so they said the first group would have to come back after a short time and then hand their masks over to the second group (don't even ask about sanitization!). I realized once in the water that we weren't at El Muro at all. Later when I asked to snorkel off the beach (which was mentioned as possible) they said no because all the masks were on the boat. The food was OK but any seafood was extra $$. We had very little time at the beach but I had no idea how much because nobody told us when we were leaving. The tour said approx 9 hours but it was nearly 12 by the time I got back, with one meal. I would not recommend this at all, primarily if you want to see The Wall. I was devastated as it was my only chance to see this special feature of the DR, so now even if I get the refund I requested, I can't get there. Book elsewhere!
