Uyuni - Arrive in Uyuni City at 7:30 a.m. Enjoy some free time to purchase snacks, water, and other essentials for your journey. (Free time is available as all companies and tourist attractions open at 10:30 a.m.) Then, visit our office located one block from the bus station.

Uyuni - Begin your tour at 10:30 a.m. with a drive to the Uyuni Salt Flats. The first stop is the intriguing “Train Graveyard” on the outskirts of Uyuni. Next, visit the small settlement of Colchani, where salt miners’ workshops are located next to the salt flats. Here, you can also find handicrafts made of salt and textiles crafted from llama and alpaca wool, perfect for souvenirs. Capture photos as you traverse the vast white salt expanse, explore “Ojos de Agua Salada,” and visit a hotel made entirely of salt, now serving as a museum and restaurant. Don’t miss the Flags of the World (where you can add your own flag for free) and the Dakar racing monument.

After a morning of exploration, enjoy lunch en route, followed by a hike to the top of Incahuasi Island to see giant cacti and rock formations made of petrified coral.

Uyuni - Important: During the rainy season (January to March), access to Incahuasi Island is not possible.

Next, organize your group for creative perspective and proportion-distorted photos on the dazzling white salt flats. Capture some fun and memorable shots!

Finally, proceed to a spacious area to witness a stunning sunset over the salt flats, with its vibrant colors spreading across the Uyuni Salt Flats, complemented by a glass of wine.

Return from your tour to our office in Uyuni between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.

Amazing tour of Uyuni with a great guide - We had a wonderful time with a very nice group. The landscape was incredible and everything was arranged perfectly. Our guide Ronaldo was amazing. He had a lot of information about every stop, and he was helpful, friendly and had great ideas to take a photo on the salt flats. Our driver Benjamin was great and safe. Highly recommended.

Nice and Amazing Tour - Amazing tour with family across de Salar de Uyuni by the Perla de Bolivia Tourism and the tourism guide Victor. Nice explanations about sightseeings (Trains cemitery, Hotel and restaurant builded on salt bricks, Dakar Rally post, Cactus Island, Salt Factory, etc). Amazing group we did this tour specially Michel and his family and the little dog called Emilio, and Sérgio his wife Suzana. Amazing, happy and friendly group we met in this tour, also the guide Victor. So wonderful and remarkable memories.

Great itinerary, could be much better executed… - The tour itself was amazing, especially the first 2 days where the views are unbelievable and you get to see, with no rush all the important landmarks. Our guide was clear with the explanations and helpful. Our driver Santos was amazing, every time the car had problems he promptly fixed it, even though the other car from our tour ingnored us and continued their journey… Our problems began the second night, where at dinner we weren’t given any water or any possibility to buy it (they served wine and not water…), even though other tours provided water on the other tables. The third day was very rushed with the only intent of arriving to uyuni earlier, they told us that we had 1h at the thermal baths and only got 15 minutes. So, when they say in the website that you arrive in Sao Pedro de Atacama at 13h, you actually rush through the morning activities and arrive around 10am. Overall the tour was good, but we understand all the mixed reviews we read beforehand.

1. Unsafe & Uncomfortable... - 1. Unsafe & Uncomfortable Transport Conditions The bus provided had no working seat belts for passengers. There was no heating on board, despite extremely cold conditions. There was no wifi available, contradicting information implied in tour descriptions. The bus leaked water, creating additional discomfort. The window latch was broken, causing a constant whistling noise while in motion. One of the bus seats was defective, preventing it from reclining properly. No blankets were provided, despite cold overnight travel. 2. Misleading Information and Poor Communication We received a message from the operator stating that upon arrival at Uyuni, our pickup would occur at the Titicaca office. Instead, we were directed to a café approximately 500 metres away from the bus stop, which was inconvenient and unnecessary. At the café, we waited nearly one hour for food, only to receive meals that were cold and poorly prepared. There was no communication beforehand about which bus company would be operating this segment, which contributed to confusion and lack of preparedness. 3. False Advertising The itinerary advertised that the bus would depart at 10:00 PM, however, this did not occur as stated. 4. Hazardous Driving Behaviour During the Landcruiser portion of the tour, the driver drove at significant speed with erratic behaviour, including: Driving dangerously close to cars in front, Excessive and continuous flashing of headlights to signal overtaking, Overall aggressive driving that made passengers feel unsafe at all times. 5. Poor Customer Experience The extended and unnecessary walk to the café from the bus stop was poorly planned and inconvenient, particularly given the lack of heating and cold weather conditions. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly given the cost and reputation of tours marketed through your platform. I believe these issues represent a clear failure to deliver a safe, comfortable, and professionally managed tour experience.

Worst agency in history! - The worst agency I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!! I don't usually give negative reviews, but this agency behaved really badly. My partner and I had booked a tour from home with them. They had confirmed everything to us and had specifically asked us to pay IN CASH and to bring the money to their office the day before the start of the tour indicating the office opening hours from 2pm to 7pm. We asked via WhatsApp to be able to pay by credit card because we didn't have enough cash (it was difficult to find cash because many ATMs were out of money) but we were told no. After various adventures to find all the cash we needed, we went to their offices at 5pm, but it was a shame that no one was there. I tried to call but they told me they couldn't receive calls but only communicate via WhatsApp. I was told that the secretary had to leave and that they would therefore send us a link to pay online. I told him that we couldn't because as per their request we had picked up the Bolivians (and we are talking about high sums being a 3 day tour). They replied that there were no solutions, that the secretary would not return. I asked to pay the next day (starting day of the tour) and they said no because if we hadn't paid by the day before they would have given our seats to other customers. I begged to help us and even offered to reach the secretary wherever she was but nothing. They stopped replying to our messages and didn't care at all. Something like this has never happened to me!!!!! The worst experience ever, also because we were left without a tour and with a lot of cash with all the difficulties of exchanging currency.
