Great - Reliable Enterprise! - All very professional and reliable. Pick up from the hotel in La Paz with transfer in large bus incl. dinner (pizza with fresh basil) by English guide. Bus very comfortable, warm (incl. blanket!) and punctual. Even from Uyuni everything worked out fine (no pick-up here, as everything is within walking distance). Note: At the bus station in Uyuni there is no warm waiting room or similar - rather wait in front of it in the city in a cafe. Guide organized and in La Paz directly still a good taxi. Fully recommended.

Comfort and safety. - Comfortable and a good alternative when there are no flights available to Uyuni or La Paz. Drive is smooth and sleep is satisfactory.

Safe and comfortable trip. - The premium bus is very comfortable and Henry from Road Runner Tours ensured we were all comfortable and provided valuable info from start of our 9-hour journey to Uyuni.

Decent tour, but the bus... - Decent tour, but the bus was very stuffy and very loud throughout the night. Great guides helped us call taxis and manage transport in both cities though!

Bring Your Own TP Or Suffer! - You really can’t call it luxury when they don’t have toilet paper. That was difficult. But that’s an easy fix for them if they read this.

Good the team, not the bus - We took the bus from La Paz to Uyuni and back. Miguel was very kind to us. He served us pizza for dinner and breakfast on the way back. He picked us up at the hotel and helped us get a taxi back. The only problem I had was with the bus: both the outbound and return journeys were too hot. The window radiators were burning, and all the windows were closed. I didn't get any sleep. The legroom is tight, and if you fold down the seat in front, you can't fit.

Overnight bus - The service ran on time and got us safely to our destination, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The bus was quite old and noisy, and we felt every bump in the road. Dinner consisted of cold pizza, and breakfast required a fairly long walk into town — which we knew we’d have to do eventually, but still felt poorly planned. The included breakfast was just three small slices of toast with butter and jam, and coffee that was undrinkable. We ended up ordering our own, which was fine.
There was no Wi-Fi on board, and with the seat in front reclined, it was difficult to find a comfortable position for our legs. Given the price we paid, we expected a higher level of comfort and service.

Terrible - Would not recommend! - Our experience with this tour was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
To begin with, our guide showed up late at our hotel on a holiday, which caused us to miss our scheduled bus. Instead, we had to walk and take two separate cable cars just to reach a different bus terminal—and then wait in the freezing cold for almost an hour. This was especially frustrating since we had already paid for a direct hotel pickup.
When we finally got on the bus, the guide was carrying around our “meals,” which turned out to be cold pizza and lasagna. The food was awful. On top of that, the air conditioning either wasn’t working or wasn’t turned on, while the radiators were blasting heat all night. It was impossible to sleep because the bus was unbearably hot.
Breakfast was another disappointment. We had to walk ten minutes in freezing weather to a café, only to be served cold bread and butter with a black coffee that was bitter and undrinkable—no milk provided.
Overall, the entire package felt like a complete joke. What they advertise and what you actually get are two completely different things.
