Isla del Sol - After breakfast, take a walk to visit Pilcocaina Temple and capture stunning photos of the lake from a new angle. Return to Copacabana by boat and visit Copacabana’s temple before lunch.

San Pedro Prison - En route to various local markets rich in Bolivian culture, your guide will lead you to San Pedro Prison, explaining its inclusion in the trip. Learn about the diverse types of Andean potatoes while exploring the street where they are sold in various forms, including fresh and dehydrated varieties for traditional cuisine. Then, return downtown via cable car. Enjoy a free afternoon and overnight stay in La Paz.
La Paz - Rurrenabaque
La Paz - Early morning transfer from your hotel to the airport for a flight to Rurrenabaque.
Rurrenabaque - Depart from Rurrenabaque at 9:00 am in a comfortable air-conditioned car to Santa Rosa. This timing offers great chances to spot sloths, anteaters, birds, and other wildlife along the way. Around midday, take a 15-minute boat ride to our eco-lodge “The Turtles”. Enjoy a refreshing seasonal fruit juice upon arrival. Afterward, you’ll be shown to the cabins for your 2-night stay. Enjoy a delicious lunch, and around 2:00 pm, embark on a boat trip to spot pink river dolphins, birds, turtles, alligators, and more wildlife. After dinner, take a short night walk to observe insects, amphibians, and other nocturnal wildlife.
Pampas Rurrenabaque
River Yacuma - Wake up early to the sounds of nature welcoming the first sunlight. After a delightful breakfast, take the boat along the River Yacuma again to spot squirrels, howlers, capuchin monkeys, and many Amazon birds. Return to the eco-lodge for lunch. After resting in your room or in the hammocks, visit a different location to see capybaras and fish for piranhas. At night, enjoy dinner and take a short walk around the lodge to spot nocturnal animals and caimans.
Rurrenabaque - La Paz
Rurrenabaque - Rise early (5:30 am) to watch the sunrise and listen to the sounds of daybreak: monkey calls and birdsongs. After breakfast, take a short walk in the pampas to search for the impressive anaconda (season permitting). Return to the lodge for lunch, then head back to Rurrenabaque around 4:30 pm.

La Recoleta - Overlooking Sucre, La Recoleta blends history and tradition. This beautiful spot showcases the wealth of South America in the 1800s. Enjoy an unforgettable experience before taking an afternoon bus ride to Potosi (3 hours).

Cerro Rico - Visit the mines at the base of the historic Rich Hill of Potosi. Inside, observe the miners’ work system, unchanged despite years of exploitation. Tour the galleries and interior levels, meet places where miners built statues representing their gods, like The Uncle of the Mine (the devil). See mineral veins, chimneys, and share experiences with miners, observing their daily work methods. Be ready at 9 a.m. in the lobby. Afternoon bus to Uyuni and first night in Uyuni.

Uyuni Salt Flats
Train Cemetery - The tour starts at 10:30 am from our office. The first stop is Uyuni’s ‘train graveyard’, showcasing Bolivia’s first locomotives. Visit the small settlement of Colchani (salt miners’ workshops next to the salt flats). Here, see handicrafts made of salt and textile art from llama and alpaca fiber.
Isla Incahuasi - After lunch, continue to “Isla Incahuasi” (Fish Island), where you can hike to the top to see giant cacti and rock formations of petrified coral. Capture fun perspective and proportion-distorted photos against the striking white salt flats backdrop. Important: During the rainy season (November to April), access to Incahuasi Island may be restricted. However, visiting the island is possible if it doesn’t rain on your tour day. Sleeping arrangements may change due to road access.
Uyuni Salt Flats
Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve of Andean Fauna - Enter the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve and visit the Desert of Siloli, the highest and driest desert in the world at 4550m. Take a photo next to the ‘Rock tree’, a lava rock formation. Before reaching your final destination, stop at the Red Lagoon viewpoint to spot pink flamingos in their natural habitat and admire the intense red-colored lake. Stay overnight at a shared family lodging. Important: During the winter season (May to August), access to Eduardo Avaroa National Park (red lagoon, Dali desert, green lagoon) may be restricted. However, visiting the black lagoon and rock valley is possible, and itinerary changes may occur without prior notice due to weather conditions. Sleeping arrangements may vary depending on vehicle access.
Uyuni - La Paz
Salvador Dali Desert - The first stop is the Dali Desert, where Salvador Dali found inspiration from the scattered boulders in the desert.
Volcan Licancabur - Next, visit the Green Lagoon, with its toxic copper water at the foot of the towering Licancabur volcano, which stands at 6000m, near the Bolivia-Chile border.
Uyuni - Finally, return to Uyuni, enjoying beautiful scenery along the way, and have a picnic lunch by the roadside. Pass through the Valley of the Rocks, the Alota settlement, and the San Cristobal Village. Arrive back in Uyuni by 6:30 pm. Night bus back to La Paz.
