Sample over six types of tequila, each with a designation of origin from various Mexican states, and learn about their production processes and origins.

Begin the adventure in the state of Jalisco, renowned for its famous Tequilas.

Conclude the experience in Baja, savoring damiana liquor and a dessert pairing of chocolate liquor with ice cream, both crafted with tequila. This 45-minute to 1-hour activity offers a delightful opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge, become an expert taster, and connect with fellow visitors.

The Mexican Spirits Club is a collective of friends united by a profound appreciation for spirits crafted in Mexico since ancient times. Situated in downtown La Paz, the club meets once or twice weekly to enjoy tastings and pairings of distinctive craft spirits from various Mexican regions. The tastings feature six certified Mexican spirits with a designation of origin, including tequila, mezcal, Sotol, raicilla, Bacanora, and Charanda, sourced from different states across Mexico. Each tasting session involves engaging discussions about the production process, history, flavors, and techniques for identifying the unique notes in each spirit. Participants will gain valuable insights into detecting aromas and flavors, enhancing their palate and becoming expert tasters.
