We are the Mexican Spirits Club, a group of friends who share a deep passion for spirits that have been crafted in Mexico since ancient times. Our club is located in downtown La Paz, where we gather once or twice a week to indulge in tastings and pairings of unique craft spirits from various regions of the country. Our tastings include a variety of 6 certified Mexican spirits with designation of origin, such as tequila, mezcal, Sotol, raicilla, Bacanora, and Charanda, sourced from different states in Mexico. During each tasting session, we delve into discussions about the production process, history, flavors, and techniques for identifying different notes in each spirit. By participating in our tastings, you will gain valuable insights on how to detect aromas and flavors, ultimately refining your palate and becoming an expert taster.
