Absolutely outstanding!!! - WOW!!! What an incredible day with Diana and Andan out on Bahía de La Paz!!!! We booked for the Whale Sharks and Sea Lion combo tour, and we were amazed at the entire experience. The water visibility was pretty bad so the Whale Sharks were harder to spot when you did you realized they were RIGHT next to you, and that was an incredibly humbling experience! I have to be honest, it was pretty challenging to keep up with the sharks; I am a pretty experienced snorkeler in good shape from other adventure based sports. If the visibility would have been better, I would have taken a few extra chances to swim with them, but I would only expect to have 2-4 swims before you get tired. I loved how the crew read our abilities, and gave us the chances to swim with them, but once we were tired out, they decided it was time to head to the sea lions. A really well trained crew who knows how to take care of the guests and watch out for their best interest. The boat ride across the channel to Espiritu Santo is a bit of a trek, so be prepared with an extra set of dry clothing, and a windbreaker to keep you warm between the whale sharks and the sea lions. Now the sea lions were absolutely incredible!! It was a truly magical experience to be able to swim among them, and know that you are not interrupting them from their normal day to day existence. I did attract some juveniles as I had an Insta 360 with a dive case that was fun for them to inspect. This was definitely a highlight for me, but a close second was swimming through the arch at the island to the open sea. What a powerful experience to swim through the swell of the open water before getting picked up by our captain. Lunch at the beach was delightful! I had the vegan ceviche, and it was fabulous. Definitely wasn't sure what to expect, but it was exactly what I needed after swimming in the ocean. To top it all off, we were treated to an active humpback whale on our way back to La Paz, witnessing multiple breaches in a row. We appreciated everything about this tour, and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience to be able to see all the ocean wildlife! Whale sharks and sea lions/ Island upgrade - Our family of four had an unforgettable experience. The guides were extremely accommodating and friendly. We started in our own boat before heading to the whale sharks. Unfortunately our boat broke down but they were quick to add us to another small group boat of 3 and upgraded our trip to include the island. With 7 people it was still very roomy and we had plenty of time with the guides and whale sharks. We raced dolphins and seen flying mantas along the way which made the trip all that more magical. Swimming with the whale sharks is not exactly an easy task. It’s a workout but totally worth it! The waters were verrry cold but you really have to work to stay with the whale which warms you up quickly. The guides were amazing at making sure everyone was able to get a good close swim. My youngest daughter is 10, and very petite. The guide swam with her the entire time and she had a front and center view of the sharks the whole time. Although she was too cold to do multiple jumps in the water she still had an amazing experience. The sea lions were adorable and entertaining. You cannot touch them or pet them but they do come swim around you. The videos taken for us were a huge plus and made the trip far more enjoyable not having to worry about a go pro while swimming. The ceviche was delicious. We enjoyed the drinks as well. Tips: arrive dressed in your swimsuits. You go directly into the boats to try on wet suits and there was a long line for the bathroom otherwise. Bring a coat or heavy sweatshirt to help warm up after the water while riding in the boat. Be ready to jump in the water multiple times and swim pretty hard to keep up with the sharks. Bring waterproof sunscreen for your face in particular.

Such a great experience! - Once in a lifetime boat tour! From the excitement of the whale sharks, to the mesmerizing snorkel through fish and coral, and relaxing lounge on Balandra Beach. Absolutely loved our guide Carlos! He was very experienced, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable the whole time. The tour had everything we needed and was fun the whole time

Merci ! - An incredible experience! Carlos was a fantastic guide and allowed us to swim with sea lions and a magnificent whale shark. The guide also provided us with a wealth of information about the flora and fauna of La Paz, which he clearly feels very attached to. Go there with your eyes closed.
