Fun & Educational!! - Angelo Bejarano was so nice and did a great job explaining the plants, the animals and the environment to us! With it being off season we had a personal tour!! Also, having a paved path was really a plus! We had done a hanging bridge walk the previous day, very uneven and rocky terrain to walk on. It really bothered my sore foot. Also, the extra $$ for a guided tour is worth every dime!! Angelo had his big scope and stand to show us up close the animals!! WOW!! We would do it again!! ! Gracias! Pura Vida!!

We used Angelo with... - We used Angelo with CostaRicaNatureGuide.com to guide us along. He was extremely friendly and knew the park well. He spotted bat, frogs and snakes we would have easily walked by without realizing they were there.

Amazing Guide and Tour! - Angelo from Costa Rica Nature Tours was an amazing guide! He is so knowledgeable about all the animals and plants, but also everything about Costa Rica. He went out of his way to find creatures of the jungle, and took close up pictures with a spotting scope, and sent them to us! His English is excellent also. A must when visiting this area.

100% Recommend!! The best experience! - I am so thankful that I found Costa Rica Nature Guides before our 11 day trip to CR! Angelo and his team provided excellent services that included all private transfers, guided tours such as the Hanging Bridges and Waterfall hike! They were prompt, professional and offered recommendations to local foods, activities and shops!

So much more than a tour! - We signed up for what we thought was a guided tour and ended up getting a private and customized experience. Angelo was knowledgable, funny, flexible and a lot of fun. In fact, we decided to sign up for a night tour with him too. If you are looking for a customized experience, this is the place to go. We ended up with amazing pictures and had a lot of laughs along the way. Angelo (and Alex our driver) were on time (or early), made custom stops for us, and gave us great recommendations for things to do.
Also, Angelo's van and car are comfortable - can't stress that enough with the bumpy roads of Costa Rica (You'll know what i mean when you hire a standard cab). We ended up using this company to drive us from Fortuna to Monteverde too. There are so many companies to choose from but if you want a reliable, fun, and safe experience, this is your company.

Angelo Went Above And Beyond! - Angelo was great. He pointed out animals that we would never had seen ourselves during the tour including monkeys, bats and wild boars. One member of our group mentioned wanting to find a sloth. On the drive back after the tour, Angelo stopped several times to find sloths. He found three sloths and one carrying her baby. He did not have to stop but went above and beyond overhearing one friend talking about seeing a sloth and made it his mission to find a sloth. If I could give Angelo ten stars, I would!

Hanging bridges and nature guide - Angelo was great. He's super knowledgable and easy to work with. I'd recommend him for anyone wanting to tour around La Fortuna.

Excellent Way to See the Flora and Fauna - Angelo Bejarano from Costa Rica Nature Gude was our guide. He did an excellent job pointinting out various plants and animals in the Mistico Park. He was attentive to questions and very knowledgeable about the park. I can’t believe that there is a better guide for this park. When I Return to The Arenal area, I will be sure to call Angelo.

Great views, but missing animals… - Hiking shoes should be worn for this journey. There were not a lot of animals to see in the time; the guide was fantastic! We did see vipers, a small groups of monkeys, loads of spiders, leaf cutter ants, bullet ants, and beautiful images. The restaurant was closed after the walk.
