Adrenaline and relaxation! - We had zip lined once before in Mexico but this was way better. The grounds of Los Lagos hotel and spa are very nice and we enjoyed beautiful views of Arenal and the countryside while zipping through the trees. We even saw a sloth above one of the platforms. Antonio, Memo and Diego were very fun, friendly and total pros. We also did the Tarzan Swing and it was thrilling drop. Overall, it was fun outing followed by hours of relaxing and enjoying cervezas in the hot springs. They were nice and it was easy to find our own quiet spot. Highly recommend this fun tour combo.

Zip lines, Hot Springs, and Waterslides: perfect combo! - Exhilarating! 10 zips across thick rainforest vegetation and views of the Arsenal region. Several of our family had fear of heights but our guide Antonio was the best! He calmed fears, gave excellent safety training and we all were hoopin' and holler in' with fun . The zips were of varying length and speeds- but all fast! We were the first tour of the morning starting at 8 AM. We had the entire zip line course to ourselves with no waiting for other groups. I can't recommend enough to go early for this tour, and actually all the tours. At the end of the zip line portion, you go back to the main office and there you are part of the resort . There are walking trails up to varying levels of Hot Springs plus regular cool pools and some really awesome waterslides. There is a slide for over 10 years old, which is really fast and really fun and there is a slide for younger children. The hot Springs were varying intensities of hot and they feel so wonderful after zip lining. You also can take a hike that's very vertical for approximately 3 km up to a special lookout for seeing the Arenal volcano as well as for seeing the beautiful lake that has water sports on it that belongs to the Los Lagos resort. We were able to leave our belongings in lockers while we did zip line, and then we moved them to lockers by the Hot Springs while we enjoyed 2 1/2 hours of relaxing in the Hot Springs and doing the waterslides. The lockers were free. At the Hot Springs, they do have towels that you can rent, but we brought our own towels with us. It was a fabulous morning to mid afternoon excursion. There were no meals provided with the tour, but there were two different restaurants from which to order food. We decided to wait and have lunch when we got back to La Fortuna. As our hotel did not have a pool with it, this day of relaxing, in Hot Springs after a hike and zip lining was just what our family needed. The combination was a beautiful tour package and I would highly recommend it. Additionally, when you got your wristband for the Hot Springs, it was good for the entire day up through 10 o'clock at night. We had already booked a night, nature hike or we very well may have come back and enjoy the Hot Springs in the evening also. They have beautiful changing rooms with showers and bathrooms are immaculate. The Hot Springs all had a cool water pool right next to a hot spring pool. Lots of families had children that we're playing in the cool pool while they were in the hot spring while we were there the parents were able to be watching their children, but sitting in the hot spring instead. It was a fantastic tour package!

Amazing! - We booked a zip line, horseback riding and thermal pools experience with RealDeal tours. All 3 was $105/ person and it was a fantastic experience. I cannot say enough good things about the tour guides. They were so welcoming and accommodating to make our experience the BEST! They made sure to take photos for us and made us feel like friends!

Great deal and better thrill for family of 4 with young children - A thrilling adventure! My kids (6 & 11) did not want to do ziplining, but by the first zipline they were in love. My family of 4 all felt very safe in the hands of Antonio and the 6 member crew. We had such an amazing time and we couldn't be more grateful for the crew being so patient and kind to my children. We also appreciated having the photo option, she captured so many amazing photos for us to enjoy for years to come. The Tarzan swing was exhilarating, my 11 year old even did it! Luckily, the skies were clear and we got the volcano in the last zipline pictures. Having access to the Hot springs was a great deal! We spent the rest of the day there. The slides were fun! My kids did the volcano slide at least 40 times each. Food at the resort was amazing and reasonably priced. If you like seafood, I recommend the seafood pizza! The resort was very clean all around and offer free lockers for the day.

Great adrenaline rush, with time to chill afterwards - A warm reception from the team looking after us for the whole duration of the tour. Good English spoken for those not confident with their Spanish. Free lockers provided for change of clothes and items you don’t want to lose. Phones and hats not recommended, sun glasses can be taken if you want to risk it. After kitting us out with well maintained kit, harnesses, hard hats etc we were taken by bus to the beginning of the tour. A full safety instruction brief commenced, then it was time to go. No description of the experience to give, it will spoil your inner thoughts…and fears! What an adrenaline rush, knowing that the team have your back at all times. Price includes a day pass to use the hotel facilities up to 10pm, so enjoy free use of the hot springs, sun beds, mad water slide and restaurant (not included).

Don't miss it in La Fortuna - We really liked it. We did it with a lot of rain, but we enjoyed it the same. It was our first experience with Canopy so I think it is ideal to get started in this activity.

Zip-lining under La Fortuna! - Amazing zip-lining experience for our group of 8 people, ages 11-adult! The staff was very attentive, safety orientated, and kept everything moving so we were constantly active. The Tarazan swing is a MUST- huge adrenaline rush, you will be glad you did it. Thank you for making our first Costa Rica activity a winner!

Great experience! Highly recommend!!! - This was an incredible zip lining experience. We have 3 teen boys (age 13, 15, & 17) and they loved it. The 13 yr old even did the Tarzan swing! The guides were amazing and so helpful. We paid for the photographer and I’m so glad we did. She took amazing photos and videos and allowed me (mom) to enjoy and not worry about taking pics.

Fun - We really enjoyed this ziplining experience with 12 lines. The staff did a great job keeping us safe. My son suffered a minor friction burn on his arm and the staff assisted in providing ointment. There was some confusion about the photography, as we were offered the option to add photography for an additional fee (which we accepted) but the zipline staff seemed offput by the presence of the photographer and that felt a bit awkward. Overall the zipline experience was great and we would recommend it. After ziplining, we spent many hours at Los Lagos enjoying the hot springs and pools and it was wonderful. It is a very expansive and beautiful resort. We did feel the description of this tour was misleading, as it stated, "After soaking in hot springs, choose to visit a butterfly and amphibian conservatory or crocodile farm." We asked the reception desk about this and they had no idea what we were talking about. This was disappointing, as this was one of the reasons we had chosen this particular tour.
