A must-visit is the TROJA, where sugar cane is processed using a manual mill. Here, you can enjoy the juice, cane segments, and for adults, a shot of guaro made from the cane.
The tour includes a visit to the animal farm, where you will learn about the management of semi-stable animals, methane gas production, and vermiculture, as well as have the chance to feed the goats, among other activities.
