A good tour operator - Julio did a great job tending to my needs. I did the tour by myself since my husband did not want to go. It would have been just the two of us and then it was one. I wasn't feeling well and Julio meet the challenge of adapting the tour to my needs and eventually taking me back to the ship. He did all he could to make it a comfortable situation for me. Great guy

Great sample of Huatulco... - Great sample of Huatulco culture! Carlos was AWESOME! We enjoyed learning about how the local textiles are dyed with the insects. Our mezcal tasting was nice and our lunch in the local flea market was an added local bonus

Nice overview with knowledgeable guide! - Fermin (spelling?) was a great guide!! Answering all the questions we threw at him!! Nice overview of Huatulco! A couple spots with a nice views and enjoyed what we saw. Buy the passion fruit mezcal 😋 coffee mezcal is also delicious!! 😍

Super job - Tour guide was excellent 👌. AGIN would recommend you request. Wife is mobility challenged. Uses a walker and he took very good car of her. Went the extra mile.

Just Okay - Very short. Gave some info regarding the area. Didn't visit all sites. He left a stop out because of time restrictions but never mentioned anything about it ahead of time.

Overcharged and tour not as described - First of all, I found out we were way overcharged. We paid $45 per person when we booked months earlier while the price has been lowered to $30. The people on our tour paid this. Second, the tour was very rushed and lasted less than 2 hours instead of the expected 3 hours. Our driver/guide Julio did not bring us to La Bocana and we just drove by Playa la Entrega instead of staying there for 30 minutes. We were left on our own, no narration offered, at La Crucecita church while our guide was busy talking with other tourists not in our group. We really felt short-changed and missed out on the attractions. In addition, at the start of the tour, we had a hard time locating our guide who was supposed to be watching out for as at the pier exit.

They canceled my tour without notice. - They canceled on me less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour. I got a Whatsapp message saying it was canceled and the was it.
