Kolsay Kanday lake trip - We booked a Full Day tour to Kolsai, Kaindy and Charyn Canyon through Get your Guide (GYG). The experience is seamless and a breeze. We paid online for the trip. Locally in Kazakhstan, GYG has a partnership with Panda Travel, KZ. They are the best in business and the most professional touring company in Kazakhstan. Unfortunately for us, we went to a different pickup location than the one we were supposed to be at. Since it was early morning, immediate can availability was an issue. We missed the Panda Travel's bus eventually and were disheartened. However they showed the best customer experience and moved us to a day later without any extra charges. But as fate would have it, my partner had a medical emergency and we missed the trip again the next day. Though we did communicate to Panda Travel our inability to join due to this unforeseen situation. The next day, to our surprise, they promised to refund us citing a one time exception which they for obvious reasons don't provide. Thank you Panda Travels, KZ. Best experience outbound trip - I visited magnificent locations and natural wonders of Kazakhstan. The organization of the company is worthy of all praise. From the very beginning of the tour, the guides and drivers helped as much as they could. My brother took pictures of me everywhere. I have never met a more responsive driver. The guides Abduhamid and Dilnaz made sure that everything went on time and without delay. They also always told fascinating stories about Kazakhstan and its nature. They were also informed about every detail. It is clear that the company is trying to develop the tourism infrastructure of Kazakhstan. I recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Vey good experience - I don't like tours, but I found this interesting because of the number of attractions and at a reasonable price. The truth is that it lived up to expectations. The guide was very friendly, attentive and funny, the tour was exciting and the car was very comfortable. Despite 16 hours, it was not boring and it was very pleasant.

Nice trip recommend - The group and especially our guide Dilnaz (I hope the spelling is correct) were the nicest group and guide I have ever had. She helped us in every way, providing information about Kazakhstan, taking photos of us, and even having a fun, casual chat after she had completed her tour guide duties. Great tour - Three unusual natural beautiful attractions in one day! Our tour guide Abdu is a pleasant young man. He organized this tour smoothly and competently - and he speaks both English and Russian well. It was an wonderful tour. I strongly recommend this tour.

Highly recommended! - Highly recommended! Our tour guide, Rustam went above and beyond to entertain everyone in the group. There was 2 minibus but somehow he was able to be everywhere and have a good chat with everyone whether it was in english or russian. Our driver, Meirambek beside being a very skilled driver, was also so thoughtful that when we got wet due to an unpredicted rainfall offered his jacket to keep us warm. I also loved the structure of the tour, it was maxed out with all the attraction. And the best part was that each stop was on your own pace. Many thanks for this trip Panda Travel and special thanks for Rustam and Meirambek for everything! ☺️

Experience - It was very good actually our tour guide is also nice and accommodating. I hope they will recommend some of the local food like bringing us there to have some lunch or dinner. But overall it was good and I enjoyed a lot. Thank you for the staff

Good experience but expensive if you book through Viator - Tour itself is good but if you book through Viator, it's expensive. It is reasonable if you book directly with Panda Travel.

Punctual but uncomfortable - Good experience if you looking for someone to shuttle you between sites and that’s it. Not a comfortable ride though as you spend multiple hours in the car and they wouldn’t turn on the air.
