After booking, a confirmation email with your reservation details will be sent. Please provide your flight number, hotel name/address, and preferred pickup time.

Pre-Transfer Coordination
The day before your scheduled transfer, your driver’s contact information will be sent to ensure seamless communication. A group chat can also be set up on your preferred chat app.

Pickup Details

From KIX Airport: Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall exit area, holding a sign with your name in the arrivals terminal. We track your flight status in real-time to accommodate any delays.

From Kyoto: Your chauffeur will meet you at your hotel lobby or specified pickup location. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Onboard Experience
Enjoy a comfortable ride in our premium, spacious Alphard or HiAce vehicle with professional drivers. Child seats (upon request) and luggage support are included.

Drop-Off
You will be safely dropped off at your requested location—whether it’s your terminal at the airport, a major station, or your hotel/residence in Kyoto.

Important Notes:

Please clearly specify your desired driver arrival time in addition to your flight’s arrival/departure time. It is recommended to set the driver arrival time approximately 45 minutes after the flight lands. You will have 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time from their arrival time (30 minutes for pickup from accommodations).
