We're now all silent and deadly - Went as a family with our 10 and 13 year old boys for the 2 hour ninja lesson, which was excellent. Great fun for all of us and the boys loved it, especially learning skills with all the different weapons. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Must-do experience in Kyoto!!! - This ninja experience was a standout highlight of our Japan trip! The two-hour experience felt incredibly authentic and immersive. We learned about history, used traditional tools like shurikens and blow darts, and practiced stealth walking. The class was well-paced, led by Sensei Jack, who was exceptional in his explanations and teachings. We loved that they took photos for us and that the venue doubles as a real ninjutsu dojo. Huge thank you to the team for such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

This experience was a... - This experience was a great activity for a couple looking for something different to include in their trip itinerary. The two hour class included meditation, ninja walking, ninja sword, samurai sword, shuriken, Kunai, dagger, blow dart, and other Ninja tool demonstration and attempts. The instructor did a great job keeping it entertaining and enjoyable throughout.

Ninja experience - Great experience even for newbies. Learned a lot and what a fun way for a unique Japan experience. They took photos too for remembrance.

Awesome experience for families - My kids (ages 10 and 12) said this was their favorite experience in Kyoto! It was super fun and very hands on. I definitely recommend it!

The best time so far on our Japan trip. - We had so much fun. Starting out with ninja hand movements in preparation of missions, moving on to breathing and moving like a ninja, which made us able to avoid traps without looking. We tries out so many different ninja weapons, which was a blast. The instructors were very kind and worked perfectly with the young enthousiasm of our 6 year old. The ninja store also sold some impressive things, from souvenirs to replicas to real weapons. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is looking something fun to do.

How to be a Shadow at Ninja Dojo And Store - Having learned of Ninja Dojo And Store through the YouTube channel "Let's Ask Shogo", I was not only drawn to their ninja weapons and gear but, additionally, thrilled to find out ninjutsu is taught within the two floors of their business. Sensei Jun-Jun's expertise in fighting techniques and weaponry is matched by his enthusiasm, humor and knowledge of ninja origins and history. Within two hours, I had learned so much about ninjutsu compared to the countless movies, animes and video games I had sourced my knowledge. My experience at Ninja Dojo And Store alone was worth the trip to Japan. Of course, that's not to say I didn't enjoy the other many wonderful things to do and see in Japan. Only downside is not having the privilege to access the dojo as often as I want being from USA. On the other hand, it makes taking in all the information more seriously. I'm hoping the business will expand globally. Until then, my next lesson will just have to resume when I revisit Japan next year.

Very good experience! - A very entertaining way of spending a morning in Kyoto. We had an exciting time pretending to be ninjas for two hours. I recommend this to both old and young ones.

Great Ninja Dojo training session! - After dressing up like ninjas we learnt several techniques like how to breathe and walk, how to use kunai and ninja swords, ninja dart blowing and ninja meditation known as 'Kuji-In'.  We also learnt the many weapons used by ninjas, including every objects like cutlery, The instructor and her assistant were lovely, very patient and keen for us to master as much as possible the different techniques. We even got a great number of photos and videos on the session.

Super super awesome! - The masters can communicate well in English and make a great program. Everything is explained very well and taught with a lot of passion. The suits and ninja weapons make for a great experience. Thanks to Sean and the whole team it was definitely worth it!
