Family ninja experience - This was such a great experience for the whole family. It had an educational component where we were able to learn about the history of the ninjas, but the highlights were definitely learning how to fight and act with stealth like the real ninjas did. Great for all ages, our 12 & 14 year olds loved it! There were lots of laughs and we all had a memorable time.

Authentic hands on experience - Not a tourist trap and photo opportunity. Authentic experience with trained instructor.
Chikiro was amazing!!!! She encouraged us and guided us through multiple weapons and experiences.
This is unlike others!!! Train with more weapons, learn authentic techniques.
Do not waste your time with boring samurai experience.
Best. Experience. Ever.

Ninja Workshop - A great experience. In a small group, you are taught the techniques and tricks of the ninja as well as some historical background. Truly worthwhile.

Fun and engaging activity for all! - This was a fun experience for the family. It was very engaging from donning the clothes to learning the history, and practicing techniques including stealthy walking, using hidden doors, and throwing stars, knives, and blowing darts. A great activity for our teens and adults alike!

I recommend all hesitant Koreans. - Korean. It was a feeling of experiencing the world of a real ninja. It was simple and not just taking pictures, it was colorful and fun. It was a unique experience! I sincerely recommend this experience more than the famous tourist sites in Kyoto and I'm jealous of the surrounding area.

Family Fun activity. - This ninja experience was absolutely amazing. Our instructor was patient and thorough with her directions. Her assistant outfitted us, took pictures of us throughout the event, and emailed the pictures to us. We were introduced to ninja warmup/meditation, walking, sword technique, and interacted with ninja stars, blow darts, and other weapons.
Great shop within the dojo to buy items to take home (offers shipping for larger items). 5 stars and great for a family!!
