Beautiful castle and palace - Nijo Castle and the Kyoto Imperial Castle were both beautiful. What made them even more special was our tour guide “Kat”. He provided us with interesting facts and was very friendly. He even accommodated our tight schedule. Without feeling rushed we were able to fully enjoy both locations and still be on time for our next appointment. Thank you to Kay for a great tour!

We had the tour alone... - We had the tour alone with Tashika and he was the best! Very knowledgable and entertaining! Both sites were wonderful

Great Individual Tour of Nijo Casle and Imperial Palace - Kyoto - Great Tour Guide. Very knowledgeable. Since it was just myself, we were able to accelerate the pace which was just great.

A temple is fine...... - Magnificent place to visit, well after we have seen one temple, we have seen them all! But this one is nice to visit :)

Easy introduction to Kyoto - An easy way to see two of the main sights of Kyoto. Guide was helpful and the meeting point easy to find. The gardens surrounding the palace are beautiful and we had enough time to enjoy without feeling rushed.

Fantastic tour - Great tour and expertly explained to us by Damien. Absolute fantastic guide who is so passionate about Japan and the culture. Would recommend this tour to the newly curious or to experienced travellers as Damien had an answer to all questions!

Wonderful Tour with Tashika - This tour is great and I really love the tour guide. Tashika guided us through Nijo castle and Imperial Palace and he explained a lot of history and culture of Kyoto to us. We had a break in the middle and he treated us with uji tea and a local kyoto snack which is very tasty.
He also speaks good English as a local Japanese and I really enjoy the tour with him.

Palace tour - Aud$80 is too expensive for quality of tour and price of tickets is cheap and no ticket entry for imperial palace. If I knew this I would have used the audio available on site

Not worth the money - Not a tour. Not a lot of content from our guide. We could have just picked up an audio guide. This was more a transporting tour
