The best food tour I’ve been on!! - Me and my partner had a fantastic time on this tour! Our guides, Uta and Masa, were very knowledgeable and helped us find places and try food we never would have on our own! On top of this they were both incredibly kind and friendly, the whole experience felt very personal. The food and drink itself were delicious and off the beaten track.
We cannot recommend this tour enough!!

Great Experience - Mao was so personable and insightful. She shared so much information with us and helped us make choices even for the rest of our trip. The food we shared was filling and delicious. There were many items I never would have ordered. She also took into consideration our likes and dislikes and made choices for us accordingly. I highly recommend.

Mao is a great guide! - Mao was awesome, we had a great time going to some different restaurants and izekayas! She knows a lot about some Japanese classics and taught us a lot about the food and drinks! Highly recommend.

Kicking Boo-Tay dining in Kyoto!! - I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get a true feel away from the touristy areas and see and taste where the locals congregate and drink and dine. Our guide Nao is now a new friend we want to remain in contact with for future adventures in Kyoto, he truly rocked the evening and spoke good English as well.
Book , ask for Nao , you won’t be disappointed!!!

We had a great time with Uta! - We had a great time with Uta. She was thoughtful about our food requests. We are a family of four with two teens and they enjoyed the experience and especially the conversation and karaoke! Happy birthday to our co-guest!!

Best Kyoto guide out there - Uta was amazing! She showed us some super local spots, ordered great food and drinks and was just a gem to have guiding us! Any questions you had she would answer! She sparked conversation and asked questions! You should consider yourself so lucky if she guides your tour!

Good food and laughs in Kyoto - Uta was fantastic and gave our family such a memorable experience in Kyoto. From trying new foods, information about Kyoto, to sake and karaoke, this made our trip to Kyoto! Thanks Uta!

Great evening with even more great guide!! - We have had a great evening!! Uta is a really friendly, good english speaking guide who let us tast great food and showed us around Gion.
She told us A LOT about Japan, Kyoto, Food and everyting we asked her about.
